About us
Casa the Indias was established in 2019, in an old Andalusian Palace-House built circa 1800. Whole building has been totatlly refurbished, trying to keep the atmosphere or the old Andalusian Palace at the times of America discovering. Casa de Indias is also one of most active contemporary art spaces in the region, with temporary exhibitions and one remarkable permanent collection of international contemporary art pieces.

Accommodation
Casa de Indias has up to 10 rooms. All of them counts with a separate complete bathroom. We offer junior suites (up to 3 beds), double rooms standar and deluxe ones (2/3 beds depending on the size of the room), familiar rooms (4/5 beds) and one appartment with 3 bedrooms, all in the same building. All spaces count with free wifi, flat smart TV, Air conditioning heat/cold, linen, towels, ammenities and a long etc. Also a consierge service with tips for going out/restaurants/trips...for free

Services and activities
Some rooms count with a living room depending. The house has an andalusian patio for breakfast, finger food and coffees.
There is high speed free wifi in the whole building and a honest bar 24 hrs self service with snacks/drinks.
There is also art exhibition spaces with contemporary art and a biblioteque with art volumes.
The appartment counts with a private kitchen.

Surroundings
The property is in a quite area in the historical center of the city. However, 5 minutes walking and the guest will have the best tapas bar restaurants and clubs in the area, so forget about the car.
There are plenty of supermarkets and all kind of shops as well, all 5 min walking distance.
Reaching the property is really easy from aiport/train station/bus station or car driving, there are also many parkings (7 eur per day) around, but parking outside is easy and free.

Our guests will stay in an Andalusian Palace House with 200 years of history, placed in the historical centers of one of the most remarkable cities in Cadiz, El Puerto de Santa María, cradle of flamenco and Sherry wine.
