우리는 1900년대 지어진 집에 2개의 객실을 운영중이고 객실에는 에어콘과 티비, 팬, 창문,냉장고, 개인 욕실, 24시간 더운물 공급이 된다.
직원은 영어를 말하고 2개의 발코니에서 편하게 쉴수있고 바다에서 400미터 떨어져 있고 구 하바나 도심에서 도보로 10분 거리에 있고 Vedado에서 25분, 중국 차이나 타운에서 5분 거리에 있다.
유명한 경비병들이 있는 'paladar'에서 50미터, 근처에는 시장, 쇼핑몰, 식당들이 잇고 세탁서비스, 전화기, 좋은 가격으로 훌륭한 조식과 저녁식사. 다른 지역에도 동일하게 객실을 대여하고 있고
객실 가격은 1박에 25페소이고 약 23유로, 결재는 현금으로만 한다. 밤에 제한 규정은 없고 항상 예약이 가능하다.
