Phoenix Hostel

De lo mas bien, no entienden español pero se saben comunicar muy bien. Super recomendado

Ils sont vachement accueillant, sympa et souriant. L'auberge est bien situé. C'est juste à coté du métro Edgware Road, 6mn à pied de Baker St et environ 15mn d'Oxford St.

Ce qui est bien c'est qu'après le check out on peut laisser nos bagages et continuer nos achats.

Je le recommande vivement si c'est pour des courts séjours.

The location is very convenient, especially if you need to be close to Paddington station as it was my case. For sure it was very cheap but the rooms really need some cleaning, as it was generally quite dusty. Also I got scared when I saw a little mouse freely hunging around in the lounge room :)

une auberge de jeunesse qui propose un tarif intéressant par rapport à son emplacement ( 10 minutes à pieds d'Oxford street pour une personne qui connais ), cependant il est impossible de cuissiner ( juste un micro-onde ) et les douches laisse à désirer en propreté et en qualité ( entre eau trop chaud ou trop froide , pas de pression ou alors le temps t'attendre du au trop petit nombre de douche par rapport aux nombres de personnes ) je recommende pour ceux qui sont seulement de passage pour le week end

The staff were very helpful, great location, great facilities, very clean, free tea/coffee/water.

Great staff. Quick to deal with any enquiries, however trivial. Dorms good size; bathroom/showers kept clean.

I love this hostel! I've stayed here a few times and it's my favorite hostel in London. After traveling for 6 months, it's the perfect place to chill and look for a job or make plans for the next part of your journey. I would definitely recommend this hostel!

L endroit est plutôt pas mal situé que ce soit en bus ou en métro.

Épicerie a proximité et edgeware road offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin.

Bunks beds were triple. Not much room if you have a lot of bags. Slightly cramped. Clean. Great location, 5-10 min walk to baker st. Station + many restaraunts. Young crowd. I would return for no more than 2 nights.

Very well located, in Central London, close to tube station. Acommodation is basic, but clean (bed and toilets). My room was small, so if you want privacy or you mind others guests noise is not the place. Good for travellers looking to meet people.

Relación calidad/precio es muy bueno, si vas en grupo y coges toda una habitación o si no te preocupa dormir con otra gente.

We enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix Hostel. The staff were very helpful and kind. We didn't have any problems with security. We didn't even need to use the secure lockers, just kept our suitcases under the bunk beds. Breakfast was also very cheap and good. Overall a great experience for the money.

Staff amichevole e disponibile a qualsiasi ora..se v piace camminare nn è troppo lontano dal centro, in ogni caso è servito al meglio dai mezzi pubblici. consigliatissimo!

I've never been to a hostel this clean, the location is perfect (in the centre, close to multiple tubes, a train station and just a 5 minute walk from Stansted airport easybus stop), breakfast is only £1.50, the reception is open 24/7, the people were very relaxed, and security felt very good.

Next time I'm back in London I'll definitely be going back here.

Well....The price is really cheap...and they even provide u free coffee and milk.. What can you expect anymore?

wonderful city, great hostel and the best staff (but never believe them that it will be ONLY ONE beer;-)). Probably the best hostel for this price, even despite small bathrooms. Definitely recommended!

Ich war für 2 Nächte dort. Spaßfaktor ist auf jeden Fall gegeben, aber mit der Sauberkeit...naja da sollte man schon besser beide Augen zudrücken können ^^

perfect for spending a week-end at London, close to main tubes lines. small showers and almost no tap were working, but it is enough for 2 nights

Great staff, very polite and friendly.

But everything in the hostel is too tight. Stairs are so narrow you can hardly pass. Beds are stuffed in small rooms on 2 or 3 levels, almost no place for a suitcase or backpack. The luggage room is in the basement and it's very hard to reach.

Toilets and showers are kept clean but are in poor condition.

I wouldn't go back there.

A little run-down but overall a safe and comfortable place to stay. The mattresses are a little shabby, but the rooms are nice enough. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and there is always someone at reception. The hostel is very safe and near 2 tube stations. It is a little hard to find though at first.

Muito bem localizado, Café da manhã muito barato e bom. Bom atendimento. Quartos grandes e sempre lotados.

I stayed in Phoenix for three weeks, and it was a great and enjoyable experience!I remember some staff member among which a French guy, I think the name was Tarik, who was absolutely nice, always smiling and very very very helpful!Thank you again, London really was special!!!

Les attributions des lits étaient nulles, on a du changer je ne sais combien de fois. Le staff n'est pas compétent pour ça. Heureusement que le français présent la nuit nous a souvent sortis de la merde.

With its cheap rates, the phoenix hostel covers the basics of what you're paying for. The showers were tiny, but it was clean and there was always hot water. The beds are a bit squeaky but it'll get you through the night. The breakfast is a variety of cereals and toast, with unlimited tea and coffee throughout the day. Location is a 3 minute walk to Marylebone Station/Tube. Tesco express is around the corner. The area is safe, i travelled solo (female) and it felt safe at night. Overall, this hostel is not in great condition, but it's what you get for its cheap price. If you just want somewhere with a shower and a bed, this is it.

Das Hostel ist ganz ok für das Geld. Leider schimmelt es in den Duschen. Aber die Lage ist perfekt und es gibt sehr freundliche Leute hier.

If the showers are a big deal for you, don't stay at Phoenix hostel, but otherwise it was OK.

L'auberge est super bien situé et l'endroit est calme car pas loin d'un commissariat , cependant le personnel n'est pas très accueillant, j'étais limite mal quand je suis arrivé. L'auberge n'est pas très propre , prévoir ses propres draps cependant pour le prix et la position de l'auberge on ne peut pas tout avoir.

No vayan a este hostel, mi novia y yo la hemos pasado fatal ya que TODO es una mugre!!! empezando desde un simple microwave que no son capaces de pasarle un trapo aunque sea para limpiar los restos de comida de los huespedes del año pasado hasta las habitaciones y baños donde en este ultimo da asco ducharse! para terminar despues de 2 noches horrorosas tuvimos que abandonar el hostel porque lo maximo fue 'garrapatas' en las camas y almohadas!!!! La atencion es penosa,,,si no quieres vivir todo esto te aconsejo que no vayas! Recomiendo The Hotel Steam Enginer, es barato y un poco mejor.

the service was ok, however the building certainly might be improved. it was a very difficult task taking showers there, as about the contents of hot water as about the conditions of the bathrooms avaliable. so the lockers are in inadequated sizes to keep the usual handbags inside in safe conditions.

Teljesen megvoltam elégedve, azt kaptam, amit nagyjából vártam. Kicsit hiányzott, hogy az alapvető dolgokra rá kellett kérdezni, és nem elmondták (pl.: ha áramot szeretnék, akkor adaptert kell bérelni), de minden más rendben volt. Még egy dolog, én nem láttam a honlapon, hogy a szállást csak délután 2-től lehet átvenni, ezt érdemes feltűntetni. További sikereket kívánok! Üdvözlettel, Pálmai Erzsébet

La ubicación es lo mejor de Phoenix Hostel. Es un lugar barato. Mejoraria los baños.

higiene nao se viu, tipo de clientes muito problematicos. tinhamos de dormir de janela aberta pork o aquecimento estava avariado e o karto parecia uma autentivca sauna. os lençois tinham sangue, as canecas do café que era gratis nao eram lavadas mas passavam um pano para as secar e voltavam a coloca-las pra utilização. podia ser bem melhor.

Great atmosphere for young people!

Bonjour, je trouve l'auberge très bien situer (zone 1) proche des commerces. Le personnel très sympathique, le problème c'était la température de l'eau des douches, des fois elle était gelée des fois très bonne, humidité sur les murs des chambres, mais sa peux aller, petit déjeuner offert, bonne ambiance le soir c'est sympathique. Un lieu convivial, tres bien situé. Pour ma part je passe un bon séjour! L'ambiance est bonne, café et thé a volonté. Le hic, pas de cuisine seulement un micro ondes...
