Our room was never clean. The showers we covered in hair. Sent to the wrong room. Never enough laundry tokens. The people are not knowledgeable about the area at all. The German English language barrier is a bit hard as well for both parties

La gente che va nelle camere da 8 non ha nessun rispetto, lascia i bagni sporchi, per fortuna che la ditta delle pulizie pulisce ogni gioro.

El recinto no era el proyectado en las fotografías vía web. La limpieza en general era escasa y el ambiente dentro del hostal no es el mejor por motivo de las personas que habitan el recinto. Además inseguridad con nuestras pertenencias.

MUitas vezes o bar, que se encontra frente à recepção , encontrava-se sem empregado . As casas de banho , nomeadamente os chuveiros estão a precisar de um melhoramento , de forma a melhorar a privacidade do cliente

Pillows as well as blankets were very dirty. Hallways smell bad too. If it were not for money, I would not have come here, especially dormitory room.

Llegamos y no nos querían hacer el descuento por ser Erasmus, tuve que mostrar la factura de la reserva donde lo especificaba para que lo hicieron, acto seguido nos cobraron sábanas sin previo aviso con lo que al final nos quedó un precio incluso mayor que el primero sin descuento. Las sábanas eran bastante precarias y algunas estaban manchadas. Respecto al personal, hay personal de seguridad por la noche lo que puede ser bueno para preservar la calma, pero cuando vas con tus amigos como suele ir la gente a este tipo de hostales, no agrada que a las 10 pm ya estén echando la bronca por hablar un poco. La ubicación no es céntrica, aunque bien conectada con el centro y el barrio muy agradable, además es una zona donde hay bastante ambiente nocturno cerca, para la gente joven

I lived in a 8 people mixed room and I stayed for 5 nights. I only saw the cleaning staff once.....the hostel is 5-8 mins walk from transportation.

At least the staff is nice and helpful.

This is a very good and comfortable hostel

One girl of the staff was really rude just because my english is not so good. She started to laugh and make fun of me with another girl of the staff. Really really bad. Shame on her. That's why I don't recommend your hostel. Check your staff and your social skills to this type of work.

es una residencia de estudiante que hay mucho jaleo toda la noche que nadie controla las habitaciones.y el precio del bar me parece escesivo.

Жаль, что не предупредили, что выселяться нужно не в 12, а в 10, пришлось доплачивать..!(

staff very rude ,, they charge more money than what i have to pay on my card and i still dont have the money back ,, everyone was scary to ask something in reception ,, rare experience ,, never happend to me before ,,,

Ci siamo trovate molto bene.

Ich habe um ein Frauenzimmer gebeten. Trodtsdem war ein mann in meinem 8 personen Zimmer. Auf der Homepage sag es das Frauen um Frauenzimmer fragen könnten. Ich habe mein fertrauen zum Hostel dadurch verloren.

l'ostello si presenta ben collegato con la linea ferroviaria suburbana, è pulito ed ordinato. la colazione a buffet non è inclusa e costa 4 euro, è discreta ma potrebbe essere più varia. Buono nel complesso.

E' un posto propositivo, gioviale, che fa venire voglia di vivere, con più passione, qualunque evento della vita.

L'ostello è molto accogliente e lo staff è meraviglioso. Il bar dell'ostello è poi molto frequentato la sera ed è un ottimo posto per fare nuove conoscenze.

De todas as coisas que pude presenciar durante minhas estadias, apenas UMA me desagradou, o fato da INTERNET ser EXTREMAMENTE lenta....O custo da internet não era barato, e ainda, a velocidade nao ajudava, pois perdi muito pagando por uma internet na qual demorava.

Il problema più grave che ho riscontrato è stato nel bagno: non essendoci una finesta c'era un aspiratore che non funzionava x niente.

Para turista é excelente! Próximo a estação, próximo aos pontos turísticos e fácil de se locomover.

Nosotros hemos estado este fin de semana y hemos estado agusto, aunque en realidad sólo hemos ido al albergue a dormir, por lo que a lo mejor hubiera sido más práctico que hubiera estado situado más céntrico.

部屋はとても綺麗です。

最寄り駅は近いのですが周辺が暗くなると少し怖いです。

滞在中に部屋が停電してしまい、受付に連絡したのですがFew minuitesで人を向かわせると言ったのに結局来ませんでした。

夜にホテル中心部の広場で酔った人々がよく騒いでました。

Die Betten waren unsauber und beschmuzt.

Am morgen waren die Toiletten sehr ekelhaft.

Die Betten quitschten beim bewegen so ein guter schlaf unmöglich war.

Es war laut auf dem Fluhr.

Am morgen roch es überall nach erbrochenem.

è un buon posto, certo non si può pretendere molto ma si può certo dire che i 13 euro a notte li è valsi tutti, nel bene e nel male. Comunque l'impressione è positiva.

Tiene un personal muy atento, esta cerca de la estación pero en las afueras. Por los alrededores hay buenos sitios para comer, y centro comercial. Zona de buen ambiente y bares para tomar algo con precios razonables.

well, they charge you for everything extra.its not dat cheao as it looks like.3 euro for linen,for internet etc.sometimes its too noisy.Beds are horrible.they produce too much sound when you get up,get down,take a side etc.but overall ,it was good,staff is helpful,a bit far from city center.small pub inside it which is nice to have some fun.often crowded with aged drunk englishmen.

Lo staff e' cordiale e disponibile anche se non tutti sono sveglissimi...l'ostello non e' male, a parte la puzza dei bagni al quarto piano...se dovessi, ci tornerei.

The hostel was okay, but had it's faults. The beds are really really noisy, so if you're not a heavy sleeper you will wake up everytime someone turns. Plus there were too many 'school-children' who ran down the corridors and knocked on the doors and were generally noisy.

por mi parte lo que menos me gusto fue que tenia que subir 4 pisos para ir a mi haitacion, por lo demas bien, muy buena zona.

Camere semplici e spartane, con possibilità di chiudere con lucchetto i bagagli in armadi. Alcune stanze sono arricchite da bei murales. I letti a castello cigolano terribilmente al minimo movimento. La colazione all-you-can-eat è abbondante, anche se un po' costosa (7,50 euro).

Fermata del tram e del bus davanti all'ostello, stazione dei treni a 5 minuti. Situato in una zona vivace e ricca di locali frequentatissimi la sera.

waren eigentlich nur zum schlafen im hostel und konnten uns keineswegs beschweren. nachts war es ruhig, es war sauber und das personal war nett. den spaßfaktor können wir nicht bewerten, da wir wirklich nur im hostel geschlafen haben

We were in Berlin for visiting the town and its surroundings.

The hostel is very close to the Ostkreuz railway station and for us it was easy to reach all the most important places we were going to.

We used the hostel just to go to sleep and to have breakfast and we were highly satisfied with both of them.

Thanks to all the staff people (very young and friendly).

Il mio giudizio nel complesso è senz'altro positivo perchè il prezzo è veramente ottimo e la zona secondo la mia esperienza è la più ricca di piccoli locali. La pulizia della mia camera nei sei giorni in cui ho soggiornato nella camera da otto persone con bagno è stata fatta prima del nostro arrivo (domenica) e successivamente il giovedì, comunque questo non mi scoraggerebbe nel caso dovessi ritornare in questa fantastica città, a soggiornare di nuovo in questo ostello.

P.S.: Berlino Spacca!!!!!!!!

Decisamente pulito, attrezzato e in una buona posizione. Vicino a molti locali (da turisti e non).

Piacevolmente sorpreso.

Ostello molto grande, moderno, pulito, tenuto bene. comodo coi mezzi ma in una zona poco viva. In inverno ci si può trovare chiassose scolaresche in gita.

Har boet der en del gange, og det er altid rigtig god service, den sidste gang var på vores bryllupsrejse, og de fandt straks et bedre værelse uden mer beregning. de aller bedste anbefalinger

Nice, clean place. Location close to Ostkreuz Banhof very convinient. But the greatest respect for huge, delicious all you can eat breakfast ;)

Bij aankomst bleek voor onze groep niets te zijn voorbereid. Op zich eigenlijk geen probleem, maar als je de dag tevoren nog een welkomstmail krijg, verwacht je wel dat beddengoed, deursleutels, ontbijt geregeld zijn.

Verder niets dan lof. Kamer en badkamer/toilet zijn netjes. Ontbijt uitstekend.

Was ich ein bisschen unbequem gefunden habe sind die duschen. einerseits weil das wasser hat sehr lange gedauert bis es warm war, wenn es hat begonne warm zu sein dann war die zeit weg und man solte von vorne an anfangen, das finde ich eine wasser verschwendung, und die idee, was sparen ist, wir ungekehrt eine verschwendung sein. Und die duschen stehen nicht fest, so sich duschen war ein bisschen kompliziert und nicht angenehm. ich eine nicht dass es eine turkische baden sein soll, aber es gibt ein mittepunkt.
