The Yard Hostel was born from the idea of ​​3 guys from Catania (Alessia, Salvo and Carlo) who, eager to promote tourism in their city, create a metropolitan hostel in the heart of the historic center, but at the same time immersed in an enchanting garden. The Yard hostel has a nice bar directly overlooking the garden where you can relax and sip excellent drinks. The atmosphere is cheerful and informal and the staff is friendly, professional and welcoming.

At The Yard Hostel you can choose to stay in a shared dormitory, or in a comfortable private room.
Bed linen is included and all accommodations have air conditioning. There are 4 dormitories in all, 3 mixed for 4, 6 or 8 people and only one female with 6 beds. The dorms have 1 and a half square bunk beds and a shared bathroom. Then there is a double private room.

Guests can count on a daily rich Italian buffet breakfast from 7.15 to 10 and a Wi-Fi Internet connection for free. Among the common areas there is a TV room, a game room with table tennis, a book-crossing point, a beautiful terrace with a garden with barbecue. And there is also a kitchen equipped to prepare a meal with friends. Among the paid services we mention the bike rental and the possibility to book excursions in Catania and surroundings (do not miss those on Etna!).
