Casa per Ferie “Ex Collegio Paolozzi” is situated in the old town of Chiusi, just one mile far from the “Chiusi Chianciano-Terme” railway station that is in the middle of the track between Rome and Florence. The station is easely linked (5 minutes trip) with the old town by Buses running every half an hour.
The old town of Chiusi is easily reachable by car, due to being just 3 miles far from the “Chiusi Chianciano-Terme' motorway tollgate, along the A1 route linking Rome with Florence.

The tourism tax rate is Euro 1,00 per person per night,

for the first five consecutive nights of any overnight stay

and it is not applied to:

*children ( up to 12 years old);
*overnight stay in January and December;
*the third child of families with overnight stay (if the first and second child pay);
