호텔은 산타 크로체 광장에서 가깝고 그 광장은 피렌체에서 우아한 광장중의 하나이며 동일한 이름의 성당이 자리잡고 있다. 유럽에서 가장 아름답고 흥미로운 성당이다.
도보로 수분 거리에 폰테 베키오 다리가 있고 우피치 미술관과 다양한 주요 박물관들이 있다. 쇼핑 거리와 훌륭한 식당들, 유흥 거리들이 가까운 거리에 있다.
모든객실은 냉난방이 가능하고 편안하고 아늑한 분위기이고 샤워실이 있는 개인 욕실과 헤어드라이기, 미니바, 위성 채널 티비, 전화기등 편익 시설이 갖추어져 있다.
봄이나 여름철에는 작은 정원에서 휴식이 가능하다. 주차장과 차고는 요청에 의해 가능하고 추가 요금. 손님은 매일 아침마다 풍부하고 맛잇는 아침 조식을 찾아 볼수있고
