Located in the municipality of Stigliano (MT), the complex is set in the natural scenery of the Gallipoli Cognato Park and the Lucan Dolomites.
This structure is drawn from the recovery of an industrial factory of the '50s that produced wheat pasta.
The project recovery of old factory, starting from an assumption of environmental integration in respect of the landscape, has also sought to build a quality hospitality.
A place where the customer can choose a room, find a good book, walking in nature and not least enjoy an excellent eno-gastronomic proposal related to the modern interpretation of local products: made from “executive chef” in our gourmet restaurant 'La cantina del pastaio” Alfredo Antonio Salvatore.
Every room, equipped with every comfort, has been customized with different colors and furnishings and has a window through which our guests can enjoy a view of the garden and the picturesque valley below.
