ClinkNOORD Hostel is located in the culturally vibrant Overhoeks district, just a short journey from Amsterdam Central Station.
The hostel mixes Dutch style with creativity and modern comforts, providing curious travellers with a unique and fun place to stay and socialise and the perfect launch pad from which to explore all that Amsterdam has to offer. Staff are friendly, multi-lingual and always in the know about all things ‘Dam’ related.

Accommodation includes a mix of private and state-of-the-art dormitories, many with stunning views of the city, river, waterways or the surrounding parkland. All rooms have air-conditioning, WiFi and all the little elements required for a great stay.

Beautiful features from the original 1920’s building have been enhanced whilst creating relaxing social areas, a plant-filled atrium, a café, a library, a bespoke self-catering kitchen where guests can make and share food, and flexible spaces for meetings and events. ZincBAR puts on regular live music, DJs, talks and performances. Tickets for attractions and tours are also available in the hostel.

The Overhoeks neighbourhood has a strong focus on culture and the arts, which resonated with Clink and their unique approach to hosteling. ClinkNOORD’s neighbours include many respected arts venues; the EYE Film Museum, the A’DAM Tower, the Tolhuistuin multimedia centre and band venue, Paradiso. The heartbeat of the area is a longstanding community of creatives who live and work locally.

Towels are included in private rooms and available to hire at €3 for other guests. Breakfast is available for €8.00

The hostel is accessible to wheelchair users via a specially designed entrance at the rear of the building and an internal lift. Rooms 105,205 and 305 can be accessed by wheelchair.

Please note that Amsterdam Noord is an exciting, up and coming area. As such their may be a certain level of noise between the hours of 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, whilst neighbours complete building works.

 

 

Terms and conditions

Bookings cannot be accepted from any person under the age of 18 unless they are accompanied by an adult (18 or over). Guests who wish to bring their children under 16 years of age must book a whole dorm or private room. For guests aged 16 or 17 years of age, they can book into one of dorm rooms but must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or over).
If you're travelling with friends or family, our staff will attempt to put people travelling together in the same room, but this cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of hostels. If you want to make sure that you aren't separated from your group, we suggest booking a private room or securing the entire dorm. Please note that all our dorms are mixed unless a girls-only dorm is booked.
City tax of 7% is not included in the room rate and will be added to your balance. Since January 2020 an additional Eur 3 per person per night will be applied due to new Tourist Tax regulations.
For stag/hen parties, please contact us directly. Clink reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who has booked online and is part of such a group.
