They are cheaters. CAREFUL!

Definitely disgusting!

I paid for three nights. They did not accept me the 2nd or 3rd night saying that I did not have a reservation. They didn't give me a solution either.

They have not returned my money.

Room without electricity. Dirty bathroom, hot water does not work in the shower.

So ein Grotten schlechtes Hostel habe noch nicht gehabt. Es ist sehr heruntergekommen, Wasser Flecken an der Decke, die Lampe hatte keinen Schirm (Glas) mehr. Und wir hatten Mäuse im Zimmer die sich Nacht am Pizza Karten zu schaffen gemacht haben,tagsüber ist mir eine Maus noch über die Füße gelaufen. Die Heizung lief auf voll Power und konnte nicht runter Gestellt werden, das Ergebnis war im Januar bei offenen Fenster zu schlafen mit voll Power Heizung. Nach bekanntgegeben der Problemen passierte einfach NICHTS. Zu guter hat dieses Hostel was nur über Visa zu bezahlen ging noch 96,00 € zuviel abgebucht :-( Auf unsere Email haben Sie überhaupt nicht Reagiert.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Treppen sind klein und steil, Dusche und WC waren weitgehend sauber und auch die Betten waren sauber und wurden frisch bezogen, der Rest der Räumlichkeiten (Boden, Ablagen etc.) hätte sauberer sein können und der Verkehrslärm ist deutlich zu hören. Alles in allem ist es okay für Reisende die Geld sparen wollen und nur ein Bett zum schlafen suchen und sich von etwas Verkehrslärm nicht stören lassen.

Acomodación perfecta, limpieza y muy amables

The worst place I have ever booked for vacation. Not worthy. I don't recommend this to anyone. No basic facilities were provided.

Although I prepaid for it, the receptionist told me that there was no reservation on their system. And for a new reservation, I had to pay 3 times more than the amount I am supposed to pay. Then I left those scammers' hostel and now sleeping on the airport.

It is ironic when H*stelspoint sent me a mail about how my accomodation was.

I have booked 2 nights at this hostel, when i arrived to the address for the check-in the hostel was closed, so i called them.

The calls were forwarded that afternoon to another hotel that told me my booking was reallocated to be with them, so i had to go to another address while they could have just told me before.

When i arrived to the new hotel, they said the princess hostel booked only one night, so i will have to move for the second night to the princess hostel, again i tried to call the princess hostel to ask what is happening but the calls were just forwarded to the new hotel.

Therefore I had to cancel my plans for the morning after, so that i can check-in in the princess hostel.

The morning after we received a taxi at 11am to take us to the princess hostel, but surprisingly nobody was there. We called them (we were 8 guests in the same situation) and they said they were planning to open at 3 pm(the time of their check-in), but at the end they sent someone who arrived at noon.

We understood later on that the owner of Princess owns also the hotel where we were sent, and he does this to save money. I strongly recommand avoiding this hostel as all one's plans can be messed up

Bir-çok ülke ve şehirde hostel kullandım ama hostelclub böyle berbat bor hostel i nasıl öneriyor?

Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyoruz, rezervasyonadki linda adlı kadın ve Mathias dışında herşey berbat.

Es un hostal muy pequeño, la habitación era sin comodidades a diferencia de otros hostales que tienen hasta su rejilla abajo de la cama para la maleta, los espacios super reducidos y había un animal en la cama y eso que estabamos recien llegando, no tenía mas que un solo conector.

This accomodation was one of the best I have ever been to! Everything was clean and beautiful, we even had a balcony! The kitchen was neat as well and we managed to use it a couple of times! Everyone were friendly and ready to help whenever we needed! Thank you for making us love Amsterdam even more!

Great hostel for low price, clean shower and friendly staff. Liked everything, thanks for existing ;)

The place is ok, can not say I’m excited, but it’s ok.

The bathroom was rather dirty, but the bed was clean and there were good charging areas for mobile phones. Location was about 25 minute walk to the City Center.

Nice place especially location and cost minimization.

Our original room was given away, although we had already checked in. while we were gone to have a walk in the city others had moved into our room, and we were then given a much smaller room in the middle of the night.

we left and searched for another hostel.

Staff was uninformed, and apparently didn't communicate well within their team, but they were friendly.

Small place but ok for a few days. Nice staff, good location and comfortable beds.

Péssimo!Limpeza acho que eles não conhecem essa palavra! Carpetes em péssimo estado, banheiros imundos, acomodações inabitáveis, funcionários nada amigáveis e ainda por cima desonestos. Ao chegar ao hostel, por volta das 23 horas da noite, super cansado, o funcionário da recepção com o nome de Marco, ainda me aplica um golpe, me fazendo pagar por 2 vezes a diária. Não recomendo!E outra o hostel tem o aspecto horrível!

Una topaia!

The Hostel has very polite staff and it is located in the middle of Amsterdam. There are nice shops and cafes in the quarter.

Not good was that there is only one (!) toilet on a floor where circa 15 people live. The hygienc was not the best but passable. The room is on the side on the street, so it's quite loud but tolerable.

Me gusto mucho la ubicación, cera de todo, muy buen ambiente, la cocina pequeña, lo recomiendo :3

Best place to stay in Amsterdam!

Sconsiglio qst hostello in quanto il chek- in si poteva fare dalle 14 in poi e noi siamo arrivati la mattina e siamo dovuti andare in giro con le valigie tutta la mattina perché lasciarle costava 5€ a persona. Le stanze erano sporche e umide, per non parlare del bagno che era otturato e usciva tutta l'acqua di fuori. Insomma una bettola!

Ich hatte ein 4Bett-Zimmer gebucht und wir wurden in ein 6Bett-Zimmer untergebracht!

Zum weiteren habe ich gebucht für zwei Personen 130€ und habe eine Anzahlung von 13€ per Kreditkarte gemacht...Und beim Vorort bezahlen musste ich nochmals 123€ dafür hinlegen!! Wenn man zusammen rechnet sind das locker 6€ zuviel!!

Would not recommend. Faulty lighting in room. No working smoke alarm in room but one was outside door. Broken showers on top floor. Toilet was inadequate. Amenities poor. Whole place rundown and a fire trap. Needs lots of proper care.

Gut Hostel

Creo que tendrían que mejorar el lugar, dormitorios, baños, en cuanto al precio.

très mal placé, très voire trop bruyant... dommage!

we booked this hostel with a special price. really cheap! Though it is a little far from the central, the public transportation is quite convenient~ The room is relatively clean~ I RECOMMAND this hostel

El baño estaba que daba asco, todos sabemos lo que es un hostel, pero pasar la fregona de vez en cuando no creo que sea imposible.

12 camas en una habitacion para 4, no tiene espacio en comun, no tiene cocina, es incomodo calentar agua, no lo recomiendo al menos la ubicacion es buena

Cheap. Not too remote. Room had only one curtain. All that would have been acceptable for the price, apart from the fact that I got bit by something, fleas or whatever. Must have been in the bed. Wouldn't go there again.

Little bit small, but good hostel considering the prices. staff is also very helpfull and nice. :)

No tan lejos del centro pero no en el, camas cómodas, personal amable, lugar limpio. Pocas duchas o baños para los pisos.
