Being the pioneer of the 5footway.inn brand, Project Chinatown 1 is the biggest property in Singapore with rooms and dormitories ranging from a single bed room to 6 bed dormitories. With its minimalist interior design that is no-frills and functional, it is the perfect set up for modern travellers these days who value affordability and functionality above everything else.

Fully air-conditioned with free access to WiFi available throughout the property, guests can choose between the options of 2 beds, 4 beds or 6 beds dormitories, and all of the beds come with private lockers, electrical sockets and reading lights.

Common areas include bathrooms, toilets, and a cozy outdoor terrace where guests can relax and enjoy hot beverages like coffee, tea or milo available 24 hours a day.
Mac computers are available at the lounge area for free access at all times. In any case of emergency, the reception is available 24 hours and the entire property is equipped with CCTVs for security.
