Established in 2007 and totally remodelled in 2011, Duo Housing provides youth hostel accommodation with plenty of social areas to encourage interaction among our guests as much as possible: rooms, bathroom, kitchens and living rooms are shared.

There's also free coffee and tea as well as free kitchen utensils, Wi-Fi, free Internet, free computer usage, free use of our Nintendo Wii and free house events.

Accommodation consists of multiple room types, ranging from 4-bed private rooms to bigger 12-bed mixed dorm!
Rates include several freebies: bed linen, free bath towels, free maid service and a free lockable locker - bring your own lock!

Communal areas consist of a living room (or social room) equipped with a huge 42' flat-screen TV, all the premium cable TV channels, DVD player, and a phone to call anywhere in the continental US.

There are free coffee and tea making facilities, free kitchen utensils.

Duo Housing is located 15 minutes to the US Capitol and just 5 minutes to Chinatown.

The full amount will be charged before the arrival otherwise the booking won't be guaranteed and the deposit will be lost. The charged amount is non-refundable.

All reservations are charged 48 hours in advance of your arrival. If your credit card information changes please contact the hostel immediately. Any reservations with declined/expired credit cards are subject to termination. You must pay with a credit card. If you make a reservation that has a check-in date of less than 48 hours away, your credit card must be valid. If your credit card is declined upon processing (which happens within hours of your reservation being made), your reservation will be cancelled immediately. We have a 48hr cancellation policy. Late cancellations and no-shows shall be charged the equivalent of the first night’s accommodation.

In the event of a no show the hostel charges 1 night on customer's credit card.

Guests are welcome to leave their luggage on their checkout date until 9:00 PM. A fee of $10 will be charged for any bag left after that time.

The hostel does not have the facility to take any cash whatsoever. You will not be able to check in unless you are paying with a credit card.

Any group of four or more guests must be prepaid seven days prior to your scheduled check-in date. Any group that wishes to cancel must cancel at least five days prior to your arrival
