Resnik (Kastel Stafilic) is halfway between two sites which are under the protection of UNESCO: Deokletians palace in Split (18km) and the old town in the heart of Trogir (5 km) . Split is the center of the Split-Dalmatian County which makes the city a major and central tourist destination in Central Dalmatia. Split has a variety of restaurants and wine cellars, offering domestic specialities.

Kastela Stafilic is one of seven small towns administratively the City of Kastela. This region has been attracting people since ancient times, from ancient Greek seafarers, Roman patricians, Croatian kings and rulers, industrious fruit and vegetable growers to present-day tourists.

The apartments are fully equipped with bathroom and WC, kitchen with cooker and refrigerator, microvale, TV, and a grill.
