About us

Podere Casenove agritourism farm is located in Umbria in a section of the community of Citerna in the province of Perugia in a prominent position with regard to the Valtiberina.
Our vacation apartments are set in greenery and set on a panoramic hill overlooking the entire Umbrian and Tuscan Valley.
Our hospitality facility was created based on an antique farmhouse finely renovated according to the local Umbrian traditions; it is composed of four independent apartments and a private pool.


Accommodation

Our Agritourism farm is composed of four independent apartments that can accommodate 2 to 4 people, finely furnished and provided with every convenience: kitchenette with gas stovetop, refrigerator, drainer, cabinets, drawers, pots and pans, plates, cutlery, table with chairs, double sofa bed, independent heating, private bathroom, outdoor area with table, chairs and umbrella.


Common areas, services and activities

We offer to guests staying at our apartments: two pools, one of which is 12x6mt for the adults and one of 4x3mt for children; with attached solarium; chaise lounges and umbrellas for spending afternoons in complete relaxation, large green space of approximately 800mq with covered loggias where you may dine or read a book without any disturbance, barbecue where guests prepare tasty lunches or dinners with friends or family, mountain bikes.

Podere Casenove agritourism farm is located just 6 kilometers from the small Renaissance city of Sansepolcro, birthplace of Piero della Francesca, Luca Pacioli, and Cherubino Alberti, and 9 kilometers from Città di Castello.
Our vacation apartments are found on the border between the Umbrian Alta Valle del Tevere and the Valtiberina of Tuscany; this valley is a large basin formed by the filling of Lake Tiberino.
