B&B Smart is situated in the heart of Rome, 5 minutes walk from the main train station Termini and in front Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore, a short walk to the Coliseum, Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain... All your needs are handy due to our location surrounded by restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, shops, bars, art galleries, museums, banks, bus & metro stops, Fiumicino airport is 30 minutes by train or 50 minutes by bus and Ciampino airport is 40 minutes by bus.

Our B&B is composed by 3 spacious large rooms, two with en-suite private bathroom and one with external private bathroom, in a friendly and quiet atmosphere.We offer a home away from home atmosphere with no curfew , free city maps, hairdryer.
