This hôtel is not very clean ... , mainly thé common parts, no Soap in thé bathroom...

The street below my window (room 10) was quite noisy by night. I used earplugs from the second night and slept perfectly.

Apart from that everything was perfect (I did not try breakfast)

Il proprietario è una persona gentilissima che mi ha fornito una camera migliore di quella prenotata.

La struttura è un pò antiquata ma la camera era pulita e la posizione veramente ottima.

Rien à redire : très satisfait excepté le petit déjeuner (un peu insuffisant)

Locanda Ca'Foscari is a great place to stay while visiting Venice and the Art Biennale. The hotel was wondefully clean, warm and everyone was friendly and lovely and they made us feel really welcome.

The place is OK, but is really very basic. My room had a full bathroom in it, but it was tiny. Breakfast was minimal.

Ottimo albergo, pulito,centrale e silenzioso,a pochissima distanza anche a piedi da piazzale Roma e stazione,zona animata e allegra,estrema cortesia del proprietario, siamo stati benissimo

Hôtel placé dans un quartier très agréable et idéalement situé à mi-chemin entre la gare et la place St Marc.

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et serviables pour tous renseignements. Ils parlent français. S'il fallait donner un point négatif ce serait le manque d'esthétique de la décoration un peu vieillotte.

It is well located in the middle of Venice. We walked everywhere except when we went to Murano. There's wifi! Also there's cleaning ladies who come everyday and they do a great job so very clean. We were accommodated for our check in time which was very helpful! Good price and place!

Clean room and bathroom. Comfy bed, nice views. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location, close to the train station and quite accessible from the airport. Surrounded by good restaurants and bars.

Bellissimo posto. Arredamento un po' vecchiotto ma ne compensa con la posizione,la pulizia e il personale gentile e disponibile. A pochi passi da tutti i punti più interessanti della posizione.

Nice enough place to stay if all you're wanting is a place to spend the night. No elevators and bathrooms are not in every room. But it was clean and we slept well.

Surely not the youngest hotel but for that price a clean hotel in a great location. The perfect place for exploring the city.

The accommodation was very basic but everything was clean. We had our own bathroom, although very small. It was situated in a great location, St. Toma, which was a stunning area with great restaurants. Easy access to the vaporettos

Small, nice, very clean and quiet, this hotel is centrally situated and yet in lovely local surroundings with cafees, restaurants, shops and canals. Highly recommended

Ca'Foscari was very clean, the owners are extremely polite and helpful. It's location is perfect. You can walk everywhere safely. There are also nice restaurants nearby. I stayed for five nights and had a single room with bathroom. I have no complains

3€ per un po di pane e due fette biscottate mi sembrano eccessive....non si pretende una ricca colazione ma un po piu di scelta!

Good value for great location. Owner was helpful tho seemed to have a bit of an edge at times.

Positive: It's located in a very nice area, much cheaper than the other regions in Venice, a lot of great places to eat, supermarket near by. San Marco is 30 min away, close to piazzale roma bus station. Owners were really friendly and helped us.

Negative: The walls are really thin and u can hear everything from the rooms near by or above.

Aanrader gezien prijs/kwaliteit. Erg basic en niet erg stijlvol. Kamers zijn enorm schooon, geen vuiltje te vinden.Locatie is perfect, centraal gelegen en van hieruit is venetie makkelijk te belopen. Omdat de kamer wel over een wastafel beschikt, is een gedeelde badkamer goed te doen. Badkamer is ook erg schoon. Er is een extra toilet op dezelfde gang. Het ontbijt is wat karig, maar gezien de prijs (als is het maar voor de koffie) toch de moeite waard. Eigenaar is erg behulpzaam.

We had a wonderful time in this hotel! It was very very clean, the location was absolutely perfect (you can reach everything in under 20 minutes by feet) and we had a overall funtastic weekend! Love to come back

hotel propre, mais le décor est très désuet. Les chambres sont lumineuses mais non équipées de climatisation, et certaines ne comportent pas de douche ou de WC (au bout du couloir). La literie n'est pas très confortable. Le petit déjeuner en revanche n'est pas cher (3€ par pers) et très correct. A recommander pour de jeunes barroudeurs!

The owner is super nice. The room is old but clean. There is no fridge so it is difficult to keep food. I heard from my friend she paid around the same price but she has the fridge in another hotel.
