ServiceWorld Chinatown is a unique new hostel located within Chinatown, yet with the Pearl's Hill City Park at its doorstep. Moreover, it is on the 3rd level of a shopping complex. It is located on top of a leading Supermarket in the original historic Chinatown or the People's Park, which is now the Chinatown MRT Station site.

ServiceWorld Chinatown is conveniently located at the junction of Upper Cross Street and Pearl’s Hill Road. The hostel is on the third level of Block 52, Chin Swee Road #03-45. One of the leading supermarket stores in Singapore, the Sheng Siong Supermarket is directly below the hostel on the ground floor. Next to it is the famous Manhattan House. Close by is a big shopping center at People’s Park and the OG shopping center. Just across the road is Chinatown Point, one of the biggest shopping centers in Chinatown. Tourist attractions include the Chinatown Night Market, the ServiceWorld Photo Gallery, Boat Quay, Clarke Quay, Raffles Place and Empress Place, all within walking distance from the hostel. From this location, you can travel to most of the major attractions in Singapore very conveniently.

The hostel is a newly-renovated hostel, structured for comfort and equipped with modern facilities and conveniences. The hostel is fully air-conditioned and is noted for its cleanliness and well equipped like a modern home. It has a toilet and bath, and a separate room for showers. Lockers are provided free of charge. Internet and WiFi are also available. Laundry service is available on a demand basis. If you travel to the hostel by car, you can drive your car to the car park, park your car there and walk 20 steps into the hostel entrance. There are lifts serving the building and the adjoining car park building. One could just take a lift to the People’s Park Complex to the third storey and walk from there to the hostel along the walkway. Directly below the hostel is the Sheng Siong Supermarket, one of the leading superstores in Singapore. So, just do your shopping at the doorsteps. Nearby are several famous food centers, including a 24-hour eating house.

Located in the original historic district of Chinatown, the hostel is a convenient meeting point for travelers. Close by are People’s Park Complex, Manhattan House, and People’s Park Center, Chinatown Point and the hotels and restaurants of Havelock Road. From the hostel, one could just walk within minutes to Clarke Quay and Boat Quay , along the Singapore River, or to Empress Place, Raffles Place, the National Museum, the Chinatown Heritage Center, the Buddha’s Tooth Relic Temple and the Sri Mariamman Hindu Temple. One could also travel quickly to the Harbor Front to visit the VivoCity and the Sentosa Tourist resort. This is indeed a great location for travelers.

The Hostel caters to backpackers tourists and visitors to Singapore, and reserves the right not to accept local residents. Should there be NO-SHOW, the Hostel will charge for one night's stay.
