Your card will be pre-authorised 48 hours prior to your arrival date and full payment will be taken on arrival. Please present card used to book upon arrival. If guests can't be verified as no card holder is present then guests need pre-arrangement of 'authorisation letter' and photocopies of both sides of the card.

Please note that there is no lift but the staff will assist with luggage upon request.
