If you would like to take the ferry, you can take the ferry from Stahlbrode to Glewitz (Rügen). The ferry runs every 20 minutes from 6.00a.m. until 10.00 p.m.

Outside the ferry times (and during a strong storm) you can reach the island only over the Rügendamm.
