Un hostal muy limpio, muy organizado y apto para conocer nuevas personas. Las chicas que están en la recepción son súper amigables y te ayudan en todo lo que ellas puedan hacer, te dan indicaciones... son un amor :) Yo volvería sin duda a este hostal. Es pequeño, pero tiene todo lo necesario, lo único medio malo es la ubicación, no me sentía tan segura caminando sola por las calles para llegar al hostal, pero la estacion central está a 5 minutos caminando, lo cual te súper ayuda si debes tomar un tren temprano.

Staff at Hostella, especially Ana, were very friendly, helpful in providing detailed information such as local restaurant, supermarket opening hours and the location of the water clock. Overall, a very good hostel with outstanding service.

Ci tornerei, le camere sono carine, colorate, con lenzuola e letto già fatto. Troppi pochi bagni, si creano file. Buona posizione. Come deposito bagagli c'è uno sgabuzzino mal ridotto, ma non è molto rilevante la cosa ai fini della sicurezza. Buona colazione e soprattutto gratis e abbondante. Dovrebbe abbassare un po' i prezzi. Lo consiglio.

Ho soggiornato in ostello solo per 1 notte e mi sono trovata benissimo: le ragazze della recepcion molto gentili, molto pulito, altro punto favorevole è che i letti della stanza dove ho dormito nn erano a castello, vicinoalla stazione dei treni, lo consiglio.Maria

Very nice location for Roma tour. and Steps are so kind. Clean room and good breakfast. A step introduce about Roma that was detail. I'll also visit this hostel again!

女性ばかりなのでいろいろ安心です。
スタッフも夜遅くまで常駐してくれているのでいつでも声を掛けられます。
チェックアウトの日も荷物を預け、１１時頃戻ってくるとしっかりお掃除中でした。
外側に看板が出ていないのでちょっと分かりにくいですが、番地が建物に表示されているので、玄関の呼び鈴を「HOSTELLA★」を探してくださいね。

Es un lugar limpio y bien ubicado. No tiene mucha atmósfera de hostel es muy callado y tranquilo así que es recomendado si lo que quieres es descansar. Desde mi punto de vista tiene muy pocos baños para el numero total de personas que pueden hospedar. Lo bueno es que el wifi funciona en las habitaciones y esta a pocos pasos de la estación Termini.

A parte il fatto che mi sono trovata a essere l'unica italiana (ma penso che sia un problema legato agli ostelli in generale, noi italiani vogliamo "stare comodi"), sono stata benissimo. Il posto è quasi nuovo e tenuto bene, il personale davvero gentile. Lo consiglio a tutte!

the position is pretty good, only 5 min from termini. But it's quite hard to find it since the sign is too small. It's just next to famili resturant and a rainbow hotel and it's on the second floor.

it is a beautiful hostol i have never been to. very nice. the location is very goog,near the main train sation only weak 8mins, you can find it easily.the only one thing is there is no WiFi.

Pizza Party was a good bonus, the place is new, clean, spacious room, comfortable bed, internet and wi-fi.
