great location, great people...if only the toilets were working

Lage is super, sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, im 8er dorm war die Toilettenspülung kaputt.

Great place, very authentic but homely and gives you exactly what you need - a bed, shower, wifi, and somewhere to relax. Plus a free breakfast! Would stay here again.

宿泊費が安い・駅から近い・スーパーマーケットが３軒隣に有るので便利・大型ロッカーが地下に有るが貸し出しの鍵の数に限りがあり利用できなかった・私が利用した７月は予約が取りにくいので早めの予約が良いでしょう。

Muy sucio el baño! Asqueroso! Sin embargo las camas limpias y comodas, lo bueno es que todos llegan tarde y todos se levantan tarde por la fiesta! El staff amable. No tuve ningun problema.

The beds were clean and comfortable, but the bathroom was really dirty, with big puddles on the floor. The rest of the hostel was good, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was simple (toast and various spreads) but nice.

Great location near the central station and staff is helpful but the lack of cleanliness in bathroom or in beds is annoying (except if you have bed-linen).

Dirty and expensive

Easily the most horrible hostel where I stayed. I booked for two nights but spend here only one. Only lockers are placed in basement and it was quite creepy. There are only one key per room. So if someone is (even sleeping) in the room, door is open.

Top Lage, das Personal ist super freundlich...wir mussten einmal in eine anderes Zimmer umziehen, was aber unkompliziert war. Die hygienischen Verhältnisse des Bades lassen teilweise zu wünschen übrig.

Great location from Amsterdam Centraal and most of the main attractions. Grocery store right next door.

Staff was friendly and helpful, even addressing me by name.

Bathrooms were reasonably clean for number of people in the room, but they need better curtains to keep water in the shower and the rest of the place dry. Shelving in the bathroom would've been nice.

Breakfast is coffee/tea/milk/juice, and bread with cheese, butter, jam, peanut butter, or Nutella. Nothing fancy, but it was enough.

Staff is the best - shout out to Ana and Johnny. Located in one of the most central and busy streets in Amsterdam. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean, basement not really. Smoking "room" has its charm.

Overall, I was expecting less has I booked a week before my stay (April 7-14), but Aroza surpassed my expectations and I can recommend it to every free spirit who wants to spend some time in Amsterdam.

Zum Schlafen okay, aber die Sauberkeit war quasi nicht existent, dazu waren die Schließfächer zum Weggucken unsicher. Immerhin gab's WLAN und das Personal war hilfsbereit.

If you have no other options left over to stay in Amsterdam you can choose Aroza !

Not clean

Aroza Hostel is a good place where one gets both a friendly atmosphere and a quiet environment.

The only thing I wasn't happy about was cleaning standards, but overall I would advise anyone to stay there.

I had a good time and I meet interesting people.

Está súper bien ubicado... a 5 min de la Estación Central, la gente que nos atendió fue estupenda.. muy servicial! Conexión wifi gratis. La limpieza deja mucho que desear, al menos en la habitación que nosotras nos quedamos, creo que fue el último piso.. pero para una aventura, ir con amigos y pasar bien... recomendadísimo!

Very nice staff, conveniently located and decently priced, but...my room, esp my bathroom, was disgustingly dirty and in disrepair, and never cleaned during my 4 day stay.

It's the worst hostel I've ever stayed in. For three nights the bathroom hasn't been cleaned once. The don't even change sheets and bins. There was no toilet paper either.

The cleanliness was an issue, especially the washroom. Isnpite of requesting that it be cleaned up - it wasn't. It was ignored. The only saving grace is the location. The reception had a staff named Manon (hope i spelled that correctly) The lady was helpful, polite and extended all necessary assistance with respect to directions etc.

Great location

店が立ち並ぶ通りの一角にあり、大きな看板がありわかりやすいです。スタッフの対応も親切でよかったのですが、なによりも階段が急で狭く、建物の構造がとても複雑でした。

Cheap and affordable, amazing location, decent rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful and the location doesn't really get any better (1 min from central station)

Die Sauberkeit war gar nicht vorhanden. Am besten ist die Lage. Frühstück ist nicht zu empfehlen. Schlechte Auswahl und das was da ist entspricht keinen Standards. Es nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

De badkamer was niet zo proper en er kwam niet veel water uit de douche.

Cleanliness is not a top priority here and it shows throughout. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a clean place to stay.

It would be handy if there was a microwave. And also the toilet in our room was leaky, but apart from that I found the staff fantastic, especially the lady at the reception on the Sunday morning!

Staff were very friendly and good fun! Don't expect luxury rooms, it is a backpacker hostel. Most of your time will be spent out on the town anyway.

Posizione perfetta per vivere a pieno Amsterdam, nel cuore della citta'. Personale cortese. Il costo alto, dovuto al periodo ma piu' basso di soluzioni analoghe. Consigliato per chi vuole vivere qualche giorno a due passi da tutto, risparmiando un po', e cercando di non dare troppo peso alle condizioni igieniche.

when we arrived we asked to book one more night without any problem. you can come to the hostel at any hour there is always someone in the reception. the position is really fantastic a few minutes from the central station and practically in the center of Amsterdam

Eh, it was alright. Noise really travelled so it was pretty noisy at night. Also the bathroom was absolutely filthy/disgusting. Common area and staff were pretty good, and it is a good location.

ubicacion excelente, el personal un amor todos con la mejor dispocicion para ayudarte en lo que necesites, los valores muy buenos, lo unico que no me gusto mucho fue la limpeza de los dias qu eme quede nunca hicieron la pieza pero si la recomiendo para jovenes es ideal.

l'accueil de l'hotel reste a desiré les toilettes sont infectes et la cabine de douche est tres sale la direction de l'hotel doit absolument nettoyé toutes les chambres dans son integralité car les normes d'hygiene ne sont absolument pas respectées dans cet hotel
