Koala Hostel is a friendly family run hostel in the heart of beautiful Arequipa. We aim to make your stay in Arequipa as comfortable and convenient as possible making it a home away from home with all the modern comforts. The Koala Hostel has a laid back and comfortable atmosphere, set in a traditional courtyard style house only minutes from the centre of Arequipa. The hostal is perfect for relaxing on the sun-drenched terrace, browsing the internet with our free access or watching the latest movies in our lovely TV Room. Genuinely friendly owners and staff are here to make your stay in Arequipa a memorable one. With experienced guides on staff we can organise and book any tours in the Arequipa region and provide any information or assistance required. We are only too happy to help!

*IMPORTANT! We would rather pick you up, as taxi drivers receive a comission for every tourist they deliver, so will often try to take you to an other hostel.
SO NOW, THE TRANSFER FROM THE BUS STATION IS FREE(WE PAY ALL) AND FROM *AIRPORT IS 50% PAY FOR US!!!!


INCLUDED WITH YOUR ROOM ARE: a delicious breakfast served on the sunny patio each morning, free Internet access in the reception area including WiFi, secure bag storage, use of our TV room which is stocked with a wide selection of DVDs and access to the kitchen including the use of a refrigerator.

We can organise tours for you to nearby world-reknowned attractions such as the beautiful Colca Canyon where you are able to see the majestic condors in flight and treks up El Misti Volcano which towers over Arequipa. And much, much more all with collection and drop off at the hostel.
