Situated on the outskirts of Marsala, on a small hill with panoramic views, the Villa is close to the inviting, sandy beaches and torquoise waters of the west coast of Sicily. The villa Ylenia,offers privacy and seclusion, yet has the benefit of being close to local amenities, as well as bars, restaurants and discos.
The larger of the two villas (TRILO sleeps 4 + 2) has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom (there is also a double sofabed). There is a large kitchen/dining area and a bathroom with shower. 5 km from the heart of historical centre and 5 minutes by car from sandy beaches.

The adjacent, smaller villa (BILO sleeps 2 +2 )in one double bedroom. Again, there is a double sofabed. It has a kitchen/dining room and a bathroom with shower . Equipped kitchen, laundry, tv, heating, balconies, common parking for two cars.
There is a washing machine (In The larger of the two villas ).
The villas offers privacy and seclusion, yet has the benefit of being close to local amenities, as well as bars, restaurants and discos. There is also a Golf course within a few minutes drive of the property.
The villas Ylenia has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom (there is also a double sofabed). There is a large kitchen/dining area and a bathroom with shower. This property has a washing machine. Each villa has a comfortable veranda.
Outside the villas share the mature garden, which boasts a fixed dining area which can comfortably accommodate up to ten people; a great place for breakfast and dinner, and there is also a car port for two cars.
