About us
Ganbara Hostel was established the 1st of July of 2011. This is a family business and was started by a couple that loves travelling and hostels culture. Is not a big hostel so the atmosphere is very familiar and everybody feels like at home.

Ganbara Hostel has 62 beds in 13 rooms for 4 (shared toilets), 6 (female only and en-suite) or 8 (en-suite) people each.
All our rooms are fitted with lockers.

Surroundings
Ganbara Hostel is the most centrally located hostel in Bilbao: it is based in the 'Seven Streets' of the Old Town district, from where all the main tourist attractions of the city are easily accessible.
It is just 50 m from a Metro station that will take you wherever you want to go. But it is also so well situated that the city's main sights are within easy walking distance.

This makes it the ideal spot for anyone who wants to keep their finger on the pulse of the city: it is close to most of the museums and monuments, to the venues of the city’s cultural activities and to its night-life hot-spots. - Prices are subject to the IVA tax.
- In the case of large groups, a bank transfer can be made.
- Those with special needs should communicate them as soon as possible before arrival to assure adequate services are provided.
- Any damage done to the Hostel installations or property must be personally taken care of.
- Use of personal information: In accordance with the Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, we hereby inform you that your personal information will be included in an authorized file under the responsibility of
Ganbara Hostel, Ltd, in order to carry out our obligations to you.
You can exercise your right to access, cancel, correct and object by sending a letter, accompanied by a photocopy of an ID, addressed to the following address: C/ Prim nº 13, bajo; 48006 Bilbao (Bizkaia).
- The user must complete the forms with true, exact, complete, and current data. The user will be the only party held responsible for any injury or prejudice, direct or indirect, given by Ganbara Hostel Ltd, or any third party caused by the incorrect completion of the forms with false, inexact, incomplete, or out-of-date data.
- The preautorization is needed and the credit card will be validated immediately once the reservation is done. If the credit card is not valid the hostel will have the right to cancel the reservation.
