If you are travelling by bus, someone from the family will be waiting for you at the bus station, holding a paper with your name on it.

If you are travelling by car, beware of the 'jineteros': young men that try to stop the car indicating that something is wrong with your car or trying to let you think that it is forbidden to make a left- or right-hand turn of the road. They just want to make money, cheating you.

Please, when you arrive to the casa, you should check that is according to the photos and street address you booked with us, if someone intercept you saying they are family and the casa is closed or verbooked, don't listen them until you talk directly to the owners of the casa.

Remember to bring your original passport and your tourist card/visa
