The fastest way to reach Novokuznetskaya metro station from Domodedovo airport is by Aeroexpress train (45 min) to Paveletskaya metro which is 1 station away from Novokuznetskaya. We are located 10 minutes walk from Novokuzneckaya subway station.
After exiting Novokuzneckaya go to the right hand side, then turn a bit left and keep on along the tram rails (Sadovnicheskiy proezd) leaving metro behind then you reach a small bridge. After crossing it and walking 5/10 secons more you reach Sadovnicheskaya street. Thre'll be a large building right in front of you (Государственный университет дизайна и технологии) University of design. Turn left and walk down Sadovnicheskaya street 3/4 min. and you'll reach a large firefighetrs station (Sadovnicheskaya st. 45). Right after it you'll see an authomatic barrier from which go left inside the backyard through narrow pass and you'll already see the fenced children playground. Our hostel is right behind it. In 2/3 seconds you can see our door in the center of the building with COME & GO plaque on it and ring the bell.

It's just following this direction it'll be faster for you to find from if you walk from Novokuznetskaya metro via the abovementioned Sadovnicheskaya (parallel and 30 seconds walk to us street).
