Not recommended. They advertise big rooms with high ceilings but the single room I booked was tiny, claustrophobic and with low ceiling. They offered me a bigger room for 45€. At checkout, they told me that the 10% I prepaid to hostelsclub does not apply to this room and is lost! After one hour of discussion they finally gave in but refused to give me a receipt, probably to avoid taxes. Also the rooms are not isolated and I could listen all night to TV of my neighbors.

Hello, about 10 % of that you prepaid to hostelclub is normal that is not lost but in your rervation there is a total amount to pay in hotel-and this is the price less 10% so you will must pay the total that you read in your resevation card-is not possible pay 10% less respect the totaly pay write in your reservation. i remember you-and i tried to expalin you many time, i called also hostelclub and ask them..but uyou have your idea..and is not ìnecessary lost time to repeat you the same things many time- we have room with hight ceiling and rooms with normal ceiling-our room is not claustrophobic because all rooms has a nice and big balcony ! so is very strange that you don t write about this-the room that we offered you for 45.00 special price for 1 person in a double room - we offer just if you prefer a bigger room...but ask you to pay a small difference from 40 to 45.00 in a double room i think is onest. this is all.

Devo dire di essere rimasto soddisfatto al 100 x 100...la posizione del hotel è ottima praticamente in pieno centro visto che si trova in via Etnea....vicinissima a tutti i locali per i giovani....lo staff è stato gentile e cordiale...sono molto contento di aver prenotato lì e la prossima volta la consiglierò a molti dei miei amici...grazie e cordiali saluti
