Wonders Hostel Cusco

I've try with my other 5 friends to find 4 times (using taxi drivers) the hostel. I've sended 2 emails asking for them to explain me how to get there. I've called them many times with no answer. NO ANSWER, RESERVATION LOSTED. CLIENTS NOT HAPPY AT ALL. UNFORTUNALLY DO NOT RECOMENDED.
