From the Airport and the train station in Pescara get the bus number 38,north direction(Montesilvano).The 38 bus stop is 'Oasi Supermarket' ask the driver.Going straight to Oasi's parking you'll be in fron of you the petrol station.On your right there's Via M.D'Azeglio.Going up for about 500metres,there is in front of you a big hill with the cross on the top,turn on your left(Via Chiappinello) and the first House on your left is Villa Aersa.
