Exclusive Dependance is an excellent family-run accommodation facility in Palermo; mom and son, Pia and Yuri, manage the landlord with great sympathy and professionalism and will know how to convey all their passion for Palermo, the city where they have always lived and they love madly.

Exclusive Dependance has a total of 7 rooms, for a maximum capacity of 20 people. There are 4 bathrooms, 3 inside the bedrooms, 1 shared outside. The guesthouse is located on the first floor of a late 18th century building, in via Lungarini, a stone's throw from the main artery of Palermo, the Cassaro. Sheets, blankets, pillows are provided. Bath towels for hire. The bathrooms are furnished and equipped with essential accessories: soap, towels, hairdryer.

At guests' disposal a kitchen furnished with all accessories and two dining tables. Living room area furnished with 2 sofas, flat screen TV, 1 dining table for 6 people, with the possibility of an additional table, in order to eat all together in the living room. The Internet connection in the whole building is free.
