IT is the best place to be in Dubai, a bright airy apartment with an amazing terrace overlooking one of the best sunset you can experience in UAE, walk along the beach which is only 3 minutes walk, ride a camel, buy souvenirs, try local food.

we provide shared hostel accommodation and private room as well as private apartments for families , we can accommodate upto 30 persons in our hostel and we also have limited private beds and only 1 private apartment with terrace with 3 bedroom and living area with kitchen and 4 washrooms.

Jumeirah Beach Residence (also known as JBR) is a 1.7 kilometres (1.1 mi) long, 2 square kilometres (0.77 sq mi) gross floor area waterfront community located against the Persian Gulf in Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Walk at Jumeirah Beach Residence is a 1.7-kilometre strip on the ground and plaza levels of the complex. It was developed by Dubai Properties, was completed by 2007 and opened officially in August 2008.[1]

Terms and conditions

Please note that for bookings with check-in from December 20th 2019 to January 5th 2020 the hostel has a different cancellation policy.
Guests need to cancel 10 days before arrival otherwise they will be charged the full amount of their booking.
