We are a Chinese apartment, which has been in business for many years and was refurbished in October 2018. It is specially designed to host backpackers, travellers and business delegations around the world. The accommodation is clean, the environment is good, and there is a special person to clean. There is a kitchen to cook, or you can order the meals we offer.


We have 4 rooms, each with 6-8 bunk beds, all with sea view and large balcony with views of Burj Khalifa and Dubai Creek. 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, air conditioning, refrigerator, safe.

Services and activities
The living room, kitchen and balcony are shared, with free Wi-Fi, and you can purchase tickets for attractions to help you plan your travel itinerary.

Surroundings
Sea view room with large balcony, clean and quiet. On the balcony you can see the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Creek, and the night view is beautiful. There is a 24-hour supermarket next to it, just 100 meters from the subway station and 500 meters from the Golden Street. The Dubai Creek is just around the corner, just a few steps away. The Dubai Museum is across the river and can take a boat ride and there are many flavors around. Other attractions can be reached by subway.

The subway station and bus stop are nearby and it is very convenient to travel.I will give you a separate space, but if you need my help, I will be at your service.
