Aimia is a result of constant growth and striving for better service to clients, a better relationship with the environment and cultural, ideological and personal diversity. Aimia has been built on the foundations of an earlier hotel typical of the Port de Sóller. The quality of a service-oriented business is demonstrated not only by the number of stars it has but more importantly by the treatment it offers its guests, an attention to detail, consideration of guests’ suggestions by giving them the importance they deserve and a constant desire to improve. It is all about continuing to walk alongside those who have something to say, because they are the ones from whom we learn something every day.

aimia organises exhibitions, conferences, concerts, meetings . . . besides being a first-class gastronomic centre and a meeting point for clients and residents of the island. However, in order to accomplish this, it is necessary to be a role model. That is how Aimia’s social commitment is demonstrated: to convert the hotel into an ideal place for the recognition of the diversity of cultures, people and ideas and to become the integrator of the group of diverse people who work for the hotel.
