From the Central Railway Station - Trams №: 12, 6 or 3 from the Central Railway Station, get off on the fourth 'Pirotska' stop, (this should take about 15 minutes by foot). The Hostel is situated on the corner of Hristo Botev blvd and Pirotska street.

From Sofia Airport: Catch bus No 84 from Sofia Airport. Within 25-30 min you will have reached Vasil Levski blvd., get off the bus. The stop is called 'General Gurko'. Walk for about 5 min towards the Monument of Patriarch Evtimii. You're at Graf Ignatiev Str. Catch tram No 12, in direction towards the Central Railway Station. Get off at Pirotska stop. Guest House Center Sofia should be within Your eyesight.


RECEPTION WORKING HOURS: from 11:00am till 23:00;

Check-in - 13:00am till 23:00

Check-out - Due to 11:00am

ADDITIONAL FEES AND TAXES:

Storage of personal belongings: small- 3 €/4hrs, large- 6 €/4hrs


LATE CHECK-INS (on demand): If guests must check-in after Front Desk Reception working hours, a fee of 10 EUR is charged;

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In case of cancellation:

- A Reservation may be cancelled up to 72 hours before the arrival at NO CHARGE.

- Canceling a reservation later then 72 hours before the date of arrival, your credit card will be charged the entire booked stay. In case of early check in, guests are charged up to 100% the price for the first night, at the booked price.

Cancellation policy/No-Show:

- In case of 'No-show' the customer’s credit card is charged the whole reservation price for the entire arranged stay, and the booking is considered cancelled for the entire stay;

Cancellation policy/Non-Refundable

When Rooms marked Prepaid/Non-Refundable are booked, the reservation cannot be cancelled and payments will be debited immediately.

Early Check out:

When guests depart earlier, no refunds apply;

Guest House Center Sofia reserves the right to pre-authorize the guest's credit card.
