About us
Our home was open in 2001 with the idea to rent room in the family atmosphere, this project was started by my Mother, my brother and me. This home was build in the 50th and have a perfect size of every room with great distribution for natural fresh, there is two terrace.

Accommodation
We have two rooms with private bathrooms, one room in the first floor with internal terrace, and the second room in second floor with another open terrace in second floor with the possibility of both room to enjoy both terraces. In every room you will have TV, central heating, refrigerator, fan, air conditioner. Both room have two beds.

Services and activities
We have a double living room, dining room, a open terrace in second floor with all conditioned for spend a good sunset and a internal terrace in first floor for every time independent the season. Our breakfast are great.

Surroundings
We live in a very clean area and close to the down town, near to the boulevard where you will have many shops, restaurants.
