About us
Our project started 2 years ago, it is aimed to rent an independent apartment provided with required amenities to spent a pleasant and problem-free stay in Havana City.

The apartment owner, Fidelia, and her son/apartment manager, “The Internationally-traveled Luis”, speak fluent English, Russian, and Spanish.


Accommodation
The apartment has 1 private bedroom with an independent bathroom. No bunk beds available. This premises are provided with soap, towels, linen, DVD, TV, Minibar and air conditioning as well.

• Entrance to building is locked for security, with an elevator to the third floor apartment;
• Hot water with excellent water pressure throughout, including the bathroom, which includes a shower, modern toilet with seat, sink, and bidet;
• Large closet which locks to keep your valuables safe;
• Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator (new), stove/oven, and clothes washer in an adjoining utility room;
• Balcony where you can people-watch and enjoy breathtaking view.

Surroundings
This apartment is conveniently located in Cerro, Havana only 10 minutes from the historic Hotel Nacional and the upscale Vedado area. It is centrally located to allow you to explore all the landmarks and districts in this wonderful city within a short taxi ride. One block away is 'The nationally famous El Dorado tasting room' where you can sample and buy the best Cuban rums, coffee, and officially certified Cuban cigars for your stay or to bring home to impress your friends and family.
