The arrangements and booking worked well, and the apartment is well placed, great balcony view and excellent breakfast.

Great view, close to old town, just having no window in the room made it a bit uncomfortable.

There is a balcony for the flat with a great view on the sea and on the fortress. The room was freshly repainted. But, there is not enough light in the bathroom, the bed was not in a good condition, the air conditionning device is extremly noisy and the lock on the entrance door makes a loud noise every time, so in the morning as the housekeeper goes from one flat to the other it is quite disturbing. To sum up, a great location with a very nice view but too noisy for me.

No windows in the room, and the bathroom is really poorly lit. There is also no door between bedroom and bathroom, if you prefer to do you business without public,yu have to send your room mate out :-)

Tiny balcony good for two people, but not for 4 /ref that 2 rooms share it. Good views from the balcony to old cars, ships coming to port, people watching

We had a lovely stay - 4 nights - in the apartment that had the most fabulous view over the ocean!The Apartment is very close to every thing in the old town and we would definately choose this place Again if we will visit Havana again!

Eine tolle Casa mit einem hervorragenden Service!!! Oscar hat sich um alle kleinen und großen Wünsche gekümmert! Die Lage ist perfekt um Old Habana zu erkunden!

An und für sich ist die Unterkunft sehr gut gelegen. Aber die Sauberkeit war leider nicht sehr gut.

Obwohl wir gesagt hatten, dass wir das Zimmer um 12.30 Uhr verlassen, wurde es trotzdem, wie in einem Hotel gereinigt, so dass unsere Sachen einfach bei Seite gestellt wurden. DAs war uns sehr unangenehm, da unsere Sachen noch sehr vertreut waren. Unsere Privatsphäre wurde ein wenig verletzt.

The maid lady was super nice and helpful! Loved the location, very easy access to everywhere! The only concern was the odor from some sort bug repellent in the bed room. It was too strong and we had to turn on the air conditioning all the time for vent (as no windows in the bed room).

We spent six nights in this flat and were very happy on the whole. Both the helper and the manager were very helpful and kind.

The room was very comfortable and the breakfast, which one can request as an extra, is tasty and healthy. Have a great holiday there! Anthony and thea

A modern appartment with a beautyful view. Big rooms. Good terrace. Third floor - elevator. Quiet at night.

The room had no window. The water hardly worked. I had to kneel on the ground to get a dribble of water. You could hardly flush the toilet. Oscar the owner/manager was nice, but the woman who worked there made me pack up all my things early and finish getting ready in the communal living space. Good location near the Malecon with a view from the communal space, but the room itself is not nice and the bathroom hardly works.

Great strategic place to walk around, beautiful view over Havana Bay, and excellent hosts.

sehr schönes Apartment in perfekter Lage. Das einzig negative war, daß wir das Apartment, bestehend aus 3 Schlafzimmern, Wohnzimmer und Küche, mit fremden Leuten teilen mussten.

Apartment worn down and in urgent need of a thorough renovation. Windowpanes were damaged without being replaced so the wind was blowing through the whole apartment.

The casa itself was ok, but the manager wasn´t reliable. He said, he had fixed us a taxi for the following day, but there was no one. Only the housekeeper helped us to organize a taxi. After all, location good, rooms good, breakfast ok but the manager didn´t do his job very well.

The best with this apartment was the localtion by the sea in the middle of the old town, which was really great. The type of accommodation was a bit strange, though: It was an apartment but working as a casa particular with the owners hanging out in the apartment and you sharing it with an other couple. The breakfast was not recommendable, go out to have breakfast in the city. All in all a bit pricey.

I really recommend this appartment. The staff is really nice and helpful (you can talk English with them). Everyday the appartment is cleaned and you can have a really nice breakfast. The location is a little less, because of the noise (traffic), but the view is amazing and you're in walking distance of Habana Vieja with all the nice places. Of all the casa's we went to on our trip, this was the best!

Clean, but that's all that was going for it. Completely devoid of charm or character, very sterile basic environment. To make manners worse the housekeeper was there all the time, on the phone in the only space to really hang out. This killed the property for us. We couldn't enjoy the balcony or living room, despite the fact that we had rented the whole place. Breakfast was just ok- we skipped the second day. We stayed in casas our whole trip, this is the only we wouldn't recommend to others. So much charm in Cuba, but none here.

The Apt is quite nocely located in Habana vieja, although the traffic noise is sometimes quite anoying. Furthermore the air condition cannot be used qwhen you are in the room due to its loudness.

Sometimes we wished to have a small meal at home, but almost all of the dishes and cutlery was locked away. Oscar and Manuela were very helpful.

Therefor we spent a wonderful time in Habana. We'll come back;-)

I love the service, the housekeeper and the manager , he made sure we are comfortable and he assist us where we can go

Location, location , location in Havana Vieja closeby to great restaurants and all the sights, with the bonus of looking out across the Mexican Gulf to the lighthouse and the old forts. We booked both rooms so that we had the place to ourselves. The only constructive suggestion would be to update the air conditioners in the bedrooms to more efficient quieter models, and maybe upgrade the pillows.

The bedroom is quite simple, but has everything you need. The view from the dining room/balcony is amazing. Very good breakfast. We definetely recommend the place. Even though the apartment has kitchen, it did not seem like we were meant to use it (not easy to find groceries nearby anyway).

We loved our stay, great manager in Oscar who was most helpful. The lady making the breakfast and cleaning was very nice. Location excellent with view over the water and very central. Would definitely stay here if we were coming to Havana again.

The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view from the casa's communal balcony. The staff was friendly, helpful and even took home a pair of very dusty jeans and a T-shirt to not only wash but iron. No real complaints. If I had to think of something negative, the air conditioner was a bit loud. Breakfast was five CUCs. Fruit and eggs cooked to order. Adequate and convenient, but you can find more interesting fare for the same price.

Lovely location near sea, park and old town. Friendly housekeeper did a very good job and produced tasty meals.

The place is nice, but I saw and spent time in more wonderful "casas" in Cuba (like colonial houses etc. What I truly loved in this accomodation were people: the owne (truly, truly helpful; he speaks English) and "ama de la casa" :) It was our first meeting with Cubans, and it was a great experience. The breakfast is great and there is an opportunity to buy drinks from the fridge :)

All I can say, fantastic. All the best words go to he owner Oscar who has helped us through out all the 2 week trip in Cuba. Booked us taxies, came even at 4.30 in a morning to see that we get ok to the taxi, that was just amazing. Really nice host and it makes you feel like at home.

The apartment is just couple minutes walk of beautiful Plaza Vieja, it has really nice balcony view to the sea, you can watch people, cars, theatre and it has really refreshing wind during the day.

The room is clean, big, with private bath. There is also big living room.

We had breakfast only once and it was simple but nice.

If I ever come back definitely staying the same place and definitely recommend this place to everyone who is coming to Havana.
