Apartment Cuba 90

Very good location and staff.

The entrance and staircase where flithy-stunk lke urine-due to it being in the hall for two days. Ollie didn't show how to work the A/C which didn't work anyhow was more concerned with us going to his friends restaurant that ripped us off $30 for one order of rojoas and rice &2 beers...extremely hot and noisy due to wifi spot downstairs and heavy buss-traffic. Not good place to spend your first night in Havava, not very clean, super hot, super noisy-typical bad bed. Good thing was you got into the CUBAN grind and poor conditions real quick thanks to Apt Cuba 90!

Great rooms directly nearby the old town of Havanna. Clean, good Service, nice small balcony. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Great little place in the heart of Old Havana. The apartment has 3 rooms and can hold 6 people comfortably.

Breakfast was 5cuc which a maid came in and cooked (eggs how you like, fresh juice, fruit, coffee and toast) and cleaned your room for you.Water, beer and softdrink was also available for 1-2cuc.(take and pay when the maid makes your bfast) Hot water, nice clean rooms and good bathrooms.

My only critique is that under the apartment there is a WIFI hot spot so there is quite a lot of noise from about 10:30pm through to about 5-6am. It can be drowned out somewhat by closing off the doors and popping on your aircon.

The flat is clean and the location is not in the heart of vieja, but everything is in walking distance of 5 to 20 mins. breakfast was as good as in most of cuban casas. the price is ok. the owner is kind and helps you if you need some help but he is not to pushy. a place you wouldn't be disappointed to stay.

One good thing: the bathroom was spotless with spacious shower and good water pressure.

Shameful that the booking agency recommended this

to us and told us we would not be disappointed.

The agency didn't tell the casa owner that we are coming so we had to wait one hour. The casa was directly in old Habana and the woman who prepared our breakfast was friendly.

The building is a bit strange but the room was really good the Casa Particular with better taste decoration we were in.

Excelente servicio de las señoras de la limpieza. Falta de palabra del Señor que nos recibió en el Apto.(Orly) Quedó de enviarnos un taxi a las 4:00 am para ir al aeropuerto y el taxi nunca llegó. Lo llamamos para ver qué sucedía y nos colgó el teléfono.

Overall we were quite happy with the experience. We didn't realise the little extras that are associated with any stay in Cuba that made the overall value for money a little less than expected (i.e. breakfast, tips, transportation). If you're keen for a realistic, immersive Havana experience then this place is for you.

Customer care at the case was excellent. Especially the cleaner also who serves breakfast was very friendly.

The rooms were very clean. The bed was comfortable but the bed sheets were very old in one of the rooms it was even torn out sheet.

Meget centralt værelse i lejlighed i den gamle bydel tæt på vandet i nord. Dejlig morgenmad hver morgen, du bestemmer tidspunkt. Rengøring hver dag på dit værelse og nye rene håndklæder.

Nice, clean room. However difficult to find with no sign outside. Location is fairly good, a few mins walk to the cathedral square.

Good localisation, decent place, rooms with small balcony, breakfast and dinner could be cooked within apartament.

Really nice apartment, met by the manager where the taxi dropped us off, clean spacious room with balcony. Is a bit noisy during the night, but everywhere in Havana is! Beware that it's about 3 floors up with no lift.

No one was there when we arrived the first night!! so we had to find something else, very frustrating... Room and bathroom very clean. A bit more expensive than other casas. Staff not particularly friendly.

The people are amazing! Breakfast was delicious and we loved spending 2 nights here!

Our only criticism of Apartment Cuba 90 is that it really isn't a Casa Particular. There is no family engagement, it's just an apartment with rooms for tourists. If that's what you want it is really nice, but if you want some more family contact then this is not the place for you.

Good location but a lot of noise during whole night. Problem with water ..no alternative.

The place is in a perfect location near the Malecon, so very easy to find and walk around from. We were able to order breakfast each day, too. Orly was a great host, helping us get a place in Trinidad and another place at the end of our stay in Havana. He knew good restaurants and a taxi driver to help us enjoy our stay, too.

Loved Havana and our apartment was perfectly located to everything. Clean, comfortable and nice view from the balcony. A little noisy at night and lots of steps up narrow entry which may be an issue for some. Would recommend to my friends.

Great location, wonderful people, lovely view and very clean ... only complaint would be the beds are rather uncomfortable and the noise is significant. Overall, very highly recommended!!!

The appartement was really loud. We couldnt sleep. The owner was never there. We had 2 days no water in the room.

Building is completely unmarked, not even a sign on the door, address or casa particular symbol. Couldn´t get a hold of anyone when i got there, was waiting outside for an hour. Once I got in, I was given the wrong keys and was once again locked out and unable to get a hold of anyone.Thankfully, someone else staying in the room was able to let us in when they returned to the casa. would not reccomend.

There is some very extensive street work going on right now right outside the building, so be prepared to wake up to jack hammering at 7am. Also, it seems to be in an especially loud part of town at night. The quiet time began around 3 or 4am. Otherwise, the owners and staff are friendly and helpful.

Nice people. Very good location in old havana. You can walk to plaza vieja in 15 min. Also very safe near policestation and a good view to the che guevara museum.

We really enjoyed every day of our stay with Douglas and Leticia. Both so nice and helpful, and they spoke god english. The breakfast was the best we had, homemade fruitjuice and tasty tortillas ..... We had the rum with two balconies nice view and much light.

Camera molto pulita, posizione ottima a due passi da piazza della Cattedrale. Staff gentile, disponibile. Buona e abbondante colazione. Unica pecca (ma non è colpa loro) è abbastanza rumoroso, ma credo che qualsiasi struttura in Habana Vieja abbia lo stesso difetto.

clean and well positioned three bedroomed apartment with good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Grotty entrance and stairwell but okay once in the apartment.

Letitia who cooked breakfast was lovely, but has no english. other staff very helpful but I was dismayed to be told we had to pay more as the booking agency had made a mistake. so an additional 60 CUCS was demanded. NOT good customer service Not sure that I wasn't being taken advantage of.
