Great place, unbelievably great views over Havana from the balconies. Staff are great. Beds not good

El sitio es muy centrico y el personal te ayuda en todo, las vistas son estupendas, lo recomiendo!!!

The room was clean and had even a fridge, but I paid 17 CUC per night and I only had the one bed in the room, there wasnt even enough place to turn around. For the same amount of money you can easily find a better located and equiped room in Habana! And they organize taxis from the airport or to other citys but the charge generally 5-10 CUC more, so dont take a taxi from there!

Wonderful time. Staff so helpful. Pablo took care of taxi and other help we needed. Great breakfast and wonderful views from the rooms. Only a short walk to the sea and then a walk along the sea to the center of town. Well worth it...

Great view from the balcony in my room. Three beds available although travelling by myself. Pablo, the manager, was extremely helpful and fortunately for me he speaks a decent English... Without him I would have not known where to start from to visit Havana. He was also very kind to let a friend of mine stay with me for a couple of nights for a little extra charge. Nice breakfast, good location with nice clubs and restaurants nearby. The old Havana is 25mins away but the walk is pleasant. Perhaps the only problem I had was with the lack of water for time to time due to shortage but as soon as the staff was made aware, the water was running. Finally, this casa particolare is totally safe and secure, nobody will touch anything from your room. I do recommend the place.

Wenn man nach einer sauberen, netten, einfachen Unterkunft mit Reisenden aus aller Welt sucht, ist die Casa Buena Vista genau das Richtige. Man kann mit viel Gastfreundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft rechnen.

Slightly further away from the centre than I had anticipated. Good accomodation for the price

This was a bit different - 6 floors up from street level (with lift) and the VIEWS are worth dying for. My room was a single (small) with window looking over the city. My bathroom was down the hallway but for my use only. Casa Owner spoke good English and very helpful. All other rooms were double with ensuite. Building was 'aged' but it's part of the atpmosphere of Havana. Close to Hotel Nacional and other hotels/restaurants and only a CUC 5-8 taxi to Viazul bus depot.

A considerar los precios, Casa Buena Vista es excelente. Solo la vista, mismo, ya vale. El personal y la ubicación son muy buenas. Algunos detalles como la conservaciòn de las duchas y el trinco de la puerta a la varanda no están bien.

LA PRIMERA IMPRESION ES QUE EL EDIFICIO ESTÁ EN MAL ESTADO, CUANDO VES LA HABITACION ES FUCIONAL. PARA IR AL CENTRO HAY UNOS 25 MINUTOS ANDANDO O CASI 10 MINUTOS EN TAXI. PERSONAL AMABLE

Nuestra estancia fue agradable y el personal nos atendieron muy bien.

Nos quedamos 4 dias con unas amigas, y la casa realmente tiene buena vista.

Es una casa muy comoda, economica, limpia y con muy buena ubicacion, su personal muy capacitado....

This hostel/casa is very expensive compared to other casas and is less valuble. Book only in emergency.

Toller Ausblick, nettes Personal, zentrale Lage, allerdings weiter weg von Havanna vieja (zu Fuß ca. 20-25 Minuten). Alle Stadtteile sind problemlos mit den günstigen Taxis zu erreichen. Top!

Las personas de la casa son muy atentas y siempre están enfocadas en ayudar a solucionar tus problemas. La vista desde la casa esta increíble así como el estilo de las habitaciones y el edificio. Totalmente recomendable.

I decent casa with a good breakfast. Clean rooms with a bit dubious balcony. For the price it was a good deal (15 eur / room (3beds)).

Good Casa in Centro Havana, with niece view over the town and sea. Good breakfast. Take care of the balcons as they are not safe. Nice walk to Havana Vieja

スタッフは感じがよいのですが部屋がとても狭いので寝るだけと割り切れるなら問題ないです。近隣に同価格帯でいくらでもカーサパティクラールはあるので現地で探すことをオススメいたします。

one of the best breakfasts we had in Cuba, very friendly staff, unfortunately quite loud, central location, although street itself was a bit dark

Fantastisk udsigt, gammel elevator og charmerende personale

Très bon accueil, propriétaire a disposition si besoin d'aide pour organiser une excursion dans l'île, pour réserver un taxi le moins cher possible ou trouver une casa particular dans qq ville que ce soit!

Balcon avec vue sur la mer, idéal pour se réveiller de bonne humeur=)

Et enfin douche chaude avec bon débit! (rare dans les casa particulares a cuba)

Je recommande cet endroit!
