We booked this casa last month for 3 nights. When we arrived at the airport late in the evening, we went to the casa (with the taxi service the casa offered) but the owners gave our room away. So we stood here at 11:30 pm without a room. Really unprofessional and they didn't seem to care at all, didn't try anything for us to help arrange something else. ps they don't speak any English words. So really bad experience.

The lady was very sweet. She does not speak English though. YOu can talk using google translate. The breakfast was really great so good,the location was good, and a food window across the street. The place was claea, and ina queit area. Just make sure to have your plans ready before you arrive, and order a airport taxi from another company. But over all great experince super nice family.

Iala y Marcos nos han tratado de maravilla. Nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos. El hogar esta buenísimo. Super recomendable.

Excelente lugar lleno de ambiente familiar, personas inigualables viven y comparten la vida en la Havana con los wxtranjeros.. Maravillosa experiencia para volver a vivirla, la musixa , el jiego , las risas y mas son lo característico de casa reyes... Si quien. Lee esto quiere vivir como vive un cubano y salir un poco de su realidad propia para vivir la de otro pueblo este es el.lugar indicado... Excelentes y maravillosas personas son quienes te acoje. En su hogar, dejas de ser un extraño para ser un cubano o cubana mas desde el sentir y el amor aunque no tengas raza ni sangre de la isla pero si amor e identificacion por quienes viven alli
