Had a wonderful stay at Cuba Backpackers! The casa is very clean and comfortable with a outside balcony. Gina was more than helpful with questions, directions, taxis, and a pleasure to talk with! I recommend Cuba Backpackers for anyone on a budget!

Unfortunately the staff does not speak English.
The kitchen is very small and there are no utensils.

If u like cheap, good value for ur $ but noisy w/traffic in area and loud locals so bring ear plus...lady who owns place doesn't speak english...only spanish...deceiving as i got an email from her after booking in perfect english...so learn some spanish...as for location, description not accurate...20 minute bus ride from capitolio area

DONT GO THERE! They (Gina - Enzo who I read about wasn't there) charged me twice for breakfast for 8 nights and refused to pay me back making every excuse possible and called me a liar! Several other guys there had the same experience. Far away from centre of Havana too. JUST WANT TO RIP YOU OFF

Buen lugar para estar, un poco retirado de la zona turística pero a su vez ventajoso si quieres vivir una buena experiencia en Cuba, comida a bajo costo y deliciosa cerca. Recomendado 100%

Great value for money but it's about a 3 mile walk into town. There are also no places nearby to eat or drink.
Apartment was fine, aircon worked and it's basically a flat you share with other backpackers. The owners leave you to it but do clean every day and make your bed.
I would like to recommend this place but unless you want to spend 8 CUC on a taxi (each way) then I would suggests paying more and getting something closer to the action.
It's right near the main baseball stadium and during my stay I watch USA v Cuba for a mere 3 CUC!

Always welcoming, reliable and no-nonsense management. We have arrived from inlands to Havana earlier than planned and Gina and her staff warmly welcomed us and organized lodging for us. Very helpful during forst days in Havana and well organized in many aspects related to lodging. Highly recommended both to experienced and new vistors to Cuba!

The location is really awful. It's about a 45 minute walk from the Centre of town. Not really any places to eat around the hostel - except for some peso pizza and egg sandwiches. A bit dodgy at night. But I met awesome people that I spent three weeks with so cool place to meet people but not so good location.

Very far from the centre. Staff friendly but don't speak English. The lady wanted me to pay for the room twice coz 'she didn't remember me paying'. She refused to count the deposit we paid but she accepted that we cancel 3/4 nights booking.

宿泊代が安く、オーナーも優しいです。
ただ、場所は繁華街からは遠く、タクシーを利用する必要があります。
また、入り口が分かりづらいので注意が必要です。

Highly recommended the hostel, they were waiting outside for my arrival since the hostel is inside a building. really nice people that works in the hostel + the meal is also good

No es un "hostal" clásico, es un apto de un cuarto compartido(sin cocina, sólo heladera y pileta). El lugar hace necesario tomarse un ómnibus para llegar a La habana vieja o Vedado que son los barrios donde mayoritariamente hay cosas para hacer en La Habana.
Algunas cosas que no fueron buenas son que me enviaron el apto equivocado en el mail de confirmación y tuve que ir preguntando por el edificio, también en dicho mail se me dijo que podía hacer alguna consulta antes de llegar, pero nunca me respondieron. La ventaja que tiene el lugar es que prácticamente no hay hostales en La habana, por todos lados se arrendan habitaciones (para dos o tres personas) en casas particulares,por lo que si se viaja solo /a este "hostal" resulta mucho más económico.

lovely family and kind personal will help you with all your plans in Cuba and organize an other sheltered overnight in whole Cuba. The Cuban food was so delicilous. The price-performance-ratio is perfect. I would like to stay there again if I'll go back onetime

Na minha opinião essa viagem foi ainda melhor com esse hosel, a senhora Diná é um amor de pessoa e sempre receptiva, nos fazendo sentir em casa. Se voltar a Cuba e quero muito retornar com certeza ficaria lá. Parabéns pelo trabalho.

há muita receptividade de todos, sempre que necessitamos de ajuda todos estavam dispostos a nos ajudar... O local é bem organizado e limpo.
