We had a great time at Oralia´s casa. I stayed there the second time and always would go there again. Oralia also helped us a lot with organizing our trip from Havana to Playa Giron and find a casa there. Thanks a lot Oralia. Until the next time:-)

Casa de Oralia is zeker aan te bevelen, wel iets verder weg van Oud-Havana.
De kamer is proper, je deelt de badkamer en je kan wat verder op het terras.
Oralia is een 72-jarige je m’en fou dame met de sigaret in de mond.
Leuke plek en goede sfeer voor Wat je betaalt !

Casa Oralia is wel eventjes buiten oud-Havana.
De eigenares is een toffe madam.
Alles is standaard goed (warm water, terrasje, ontbijt, ...).

Voyageant seule à Cuba, Oralia m'a très bien accueillie et à été comme une petite maman !
La maison est simple mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut. La terrasse est très agréable et il est intéressant de ne pas être logé dans la vieille ville pour se balader dans des quartiers plus populaires et découvrir la vraie Havane.
Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Oralia is great! Her house is near the Plaza de la Revolucion, in Vedado, a quiet neighborhood in Havana. Clean sheets, hot water, good food and coffee. A safe stay in Vedado.

was an o.k. stay that i can say the most. house woman note very nice. breakfast was simple but fresh. location is far from the center. have been to much better casa later on the trip.

Sehr nettes und saubere Unterkunft. Besitzerin spricht Spanisch und Englisch. Gibt Tipps rund um Havanna und Kuba und kümmert sich z.b. um eine Weiterfahrt. Frühstück war einfach, dafür aber sehr lecker. Anreise 24 Stunden möglich. Lage sehr zentral und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

its a nice place and Oralia was very nice to us. Closer to Plaza de Revolucion. However, its quite a walk to Old Havana and other places.

Oralia is very honest and helpful lady that cares about people a lot.
Casa is quite stylish with particular design and has a great terazza.
The location is perfect with a good proximity to the city center and local fruit market, restaurant and garden.

La casa está ubicada cerca de la estación interprovincial de buses y esa es una buena referencia para todo. Cerca está la Av. Carlos III y se encuentra ahí de todo un poco. La casa de Oralia es sencilla y eso mismo le da un ambiente hogareño, tranquilo. Oralia es una señora que a los pocos días ya parece un familiar en La Habana. Quedé más que satisfecho.

We had some wonderfull days at Casa de Oralia. A very nice balcony. Breakfast were ok and the old town as well the centre were easily reachable by foot.

オーナーは一見つっけんどんですが、慣れてくると優しさを感じられます。部屋は独立した個室が2つありますが、バスルームは共用なので、要注意。場所がわかりにくいため、自分で戻ってくるのは大変。
オーナーも片言の英語のみなので、スペイン語わかったほうが楽。
値段はかなり安いのでコスパは良いから

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Zimmer, die Terrasse und das Frühstück waren super. Oralia hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert- Tips & Tricks für Kuba ! Um in die Altstadt zu kommen ist es ein Stück zu Fuß (20-30min)- allerdings kann man für wenig Geld ein Taxi nehmen (Taxi Colectivo).

Das Zimmer ist einfach gehalten, aber hat alles was man braucht! Badezimmer und Terrasse waren auch in einem gutem Zustand + sauber. Oralia ist bestimmt eine sehr nette Oma, aber uns hat sie nicht wirklich geholfen, da wir nur sehr wenig Spanisch konnten. Einziger Minuspunkt: Die Gastfreundschaft, die ich aus anderen Hostels kenne habe ich ein klein wenig vermisst... ABER da scheine ich ein Einzelfall gewesen zu sein ;)

Oralia ist die Beste! Sie hat uns beiden durch komplett Kuba geholfen, sogar von Havanna aus die Weichen in Varadero und Trinidad für uns gestellt. Ohne Oralia wären wir echt aufgeschmissen gewesen! Das Zimmer ist zwar einfach gehalten, für Kubanische Verhältnisse aber top! Immer wieder!

Wir waren drei Nächte bei Oralia und haben den persönlichen Kontakt sehr genossen. Oralia ist sehr nett, bemüht und hilfsbereit, das Haus ist schön, die Zimmer okay und vor allem der Balkon ist hervorragend! Sehr zu empfehlen! :-)

La Casa de Oralia was without a doubt our favorite place in Cuba. Oralia is the sweetest, kindest, funniest and most helpful person imaginable. She really made us feel at home. The casa had everything we needed. A nice bed, a small fridge with a freezer, fan, AC and a shared bathroom with a nice shower. After a long day wandering the streets of Havana, we couldn't wait to get home to the terrace and the hammock. Next time we're in Cuba, la Casa de Oralia will surely be our first destination.

I enjoyed my stay with lady orillia, she is very caring, great breakfast, help with getting taxi and other details. This location is in a quiet part of Havana(eventhough there is a neighbors dog which barks often.) with the local bus with 1 pesos you can get a ride to havana Vieja or walk about 1/2 hr.

The owner was nice but the room and bathroom were not what we expected from the images. The bathroom had to be shared with other people, the shower hardly had any water pressure and after 9 o'clock the owner had turned off the boiler so there was no warm water to shower with.
Also the location is not very near the center.

Encantado de pasar una semana en la casa de Oralia, La Señora Oralia y Maira, dos personas estupenda con trato Familiar me han ofrecido una fantastica experiencia y muy divertida.
Excelente la posicion en una area tranquila, a lado del Vedado, Centro Havana, Havana Vieja, Plaza Revolucion y Viazul bus Station.

Generally the breakfast costs 3 cuc in Havana, but this casa required 4 cuc.
Hot shower is impossible.

Hostess is a heavy smoker and smokes everywhere in the house including the room we sleep when she is talking with us.
She is helpful though not so friendly.
The house is busy with about 8 people using ONE bathroom; so bring a pee jar!

This place is awesome. If you want to truly experience Cuba, then this is the place you must visit. Plus, it's in a very good and safe area, perfect to walk around and a couple of blocks from Plaza la Revolución.
