About us
The property is a modern house located in the main street of Santa Clara City, in from of Mejunje Cultural Center. The house is withing the walking distance to all the touristic attractions of the city.The owners started the project for building this house 12 years ago and the rules for the preservation of a Patrimonial Area were respected. Both owners are doctors and have a 2 years old daughter. The staff is in charge of being available to help the client all the time.

Accommodation
The property has got 2 private and quiet rooms with a bathroom with hot and cold water for each of them. The first room is treble located in the first level and has got 1 double bed and one single bed with capacity up to 3 people. Each room include air conditioner, fan, minibar,wi-fi linen, towels,soaps, glasses and an interior yard or balcony with terrace.
The second room is double with 2 personal beds, located in the second floor and has a private bathroom, air conditioner, fan, linen, towels,

Services and activities
There is a big and comfortable terrace with view to Marta Abreu´s Street, Mejunje Cultural Center and the Cathedral Santa Clara de Asis. There is a restaurant and a solarium located at the terrace. The living room and the hall are common area´s.

Surroundings
The property is located in the Central area of Santa Clara City, 3 minutes-walk from Vidal Park and the Boulevard, 15 minutes-walk from Train Blindado and 20 minutes-walk in a straight way down the street from Ernesto Che Guevara Monument. This monument and Ernesto Che Guevara Sculpture can be seen from the terrace. Mejunje Cultural Center, internationally famous for its´cultural activities is located in from of the house.

There is a beautiful terrace and solarium with nice views of the city as well as of the sunrise and sunset. There is an excellent restaurant at the terrace with a Menu that includes a wide variety of Cuban traditional food and Italian food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are offered. English and French spoken.
