The Lodge at Crystal Palace

La nostra stanza era spartanissima, ma ok, forse sarebbe servito un pò + di aspirapolvere, colazione ok, staff PERFETTO, location molto bella in mezzo al parco, 20-25 min di treno da Londra centro: davvero non male per 70 Euro/notte in 3! A meno che non siate interessati alla vita notturna di Londra, sicuramente da raccomandare.

Nice place, nice people. Tasty breakfast. Old looking, but clean rooms and bathrooms.

Ein kleines, etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hostel, welches aber keineswegs unsauber ist. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und stellte uns schon um 7h morgens ein Zimmer zur Verfügung, und das am Tag des Championsleague Finales!

Vom Hostel aus sind es 3 min Fußweg durch einen kleinen Park zum nächsten Bahnhof, von dem man in 35min mitten in der Londoner Innenstadt steht! Die Station Crystal Palace ist sogar mit dem einfachen Tagesticket für 8 Pfund abgedeckt!

Es lohnt sich!!!

Die Zimmer wahren in Ordnung und Sauber für einen Kurztrip nur zu empfehlen

doskonale miejsce dla osób szukajacych spokojnego, przyjaznego, bezpiecznego a zarazem taniego noclegu w Londynie!oddalony od centrum a zarazem posrodku parku zapewni cisze nocna:)moze nie ma luksusu ale za to jest pelen spokoj ducha, a czego wiecej trzeba! do tego NORMALNE a nie typowo angielskie sniadanie!!! a to ulga, wierzcie na slowo;] jednym slowem - POLECAM!!!

Nice place, clean, the staff its kind and the breakfast its so good,at 5 minuts of a train station.

Une auberge qui est vraiment pas mal a prendre si on loge une bonne semaine à londres car excentré du vrai centre de londres mais pas cher (très raisonnable prix il faut l'avouer). Le personnel est très sympathique et chaleureux. Le seul hic qd j'y suis allée c'est que les chauffages ne marchaient pas correctement et ils ne pouvaient rien faire, donc ils m'ont refilé gentiment une 2e couverture. tjrs moyen de s'arranger. C'est à 5 min de la gare Crystal Palace (très proche)

Très bon séjour au lodge, situé à 25min du centre de londres en train, 1h en bus. Personnel très agréabole et prix raisonnables.

The position was really useful for the start of a cycle ride but the rooms smell and are in great need of updating. The price however is good.

I really enjoyed my vacations in this place, it is amazing all that you have for that price if you compare with another places. Breakfast buffet with fruit, cereals, yogurt, bread, coffe, milk, eggs and jam and more, Very nice way for staring the day. Also you can relax in the pool paying minimun price, you have the big gardens and very nice instalations. It was incredible to stay there, it was almost just me with all the facilities,you have a salon with games and machines to buy things, drinking water. I felt like a queen, because all this big place was almost just for me. And the old lady at reception is very kind and lovely. The rooms are not very big, but clean and nice, closet, desk, washbasin, TV. My room was with sharing bathroom, but its a batroom for just two person, wich is very good, it is like inside the room, because the another room was empty, then the bathroom was just for me. The only thing that can be a little bit annoying is that is far from central London, but there are many buses for going there, the soutern line for example, doesnt mattter if it's very night, the bus number 3 can take you back, I definitively would back for my next visit to London.

Ho soggiornato con 3 amici in una quadrupla ed era vivibile, anche se il bagno in camera era minuscolo! Struttura da ristrutturare, adatta a giovani. Dista a 30 min in treno da London Bridge!

I was very happy and I hope to return back

Es sencillo y muy tranquilo. Esta a 25 min en tren del centro. Los baños son compartidos cada dos habitaciones.

Se encuentra un poco alejado del centro de londres pero tiene una estacion a 5 minutos caminando por lo que la distancia no representa un problema, tambien tiene una estacion de autobuses muy cerca, el desayuno viene incluido con la tarifa, el desayuno es bastante bueno, los tipicos frijoles, salchichas y bacon con huevos ademas pan tostado jugo, leche, fruta y cereales cabe mencionar que es buffet por lo que puedes comer lo que quieras, mi estancia fue bastante agradable, sin duda volveria!!!

Cold and wet, the rain and humidity came through the room window, the cleaners came just every few days. The bed was not so comfortable and towards the end of my staying some documents disappear from my room. Moreover, it is incredibly uncomfortable to reach London centre, It takes an hour at least, mainly because it isn't connected by the underground. The kitchen stuff were very friendly and helpful though.

Me ha parecido muy bueno todo en el lodge cristal palace;el trato del personal es excelente,la atmosfera muy tranquila al encontrarse en un centro deportivo,el desayuno buenisimo y la ubicacion es super sencilla en los trenes de largo recorrido desde la estacion chapman juntion.Cuando vuelva a londres volveré al lodge sin ninguna duda.

We were competing in the sportshall, which was a 30 second walk from the hostel - perfect location!

Staff was very kind and helpful.

we were staying close to family consequently fun factor and atmosphere were not applicable - park surrounds and lack of earthquakes a definite plus - will recommend to others

I really liked to stay there. The staffs are amazing. Nice Place, but a litle bit far from London center, but exists many ways to get there, without problem. The breakfast is very good. I recommend.

struttura un pò fatiscente. il bagno in comune non ha degli attaccapanni ma solo una mensola. Porte vecchie e molto rumorose.Un pò distante dal centro anche se i treni sono frequenti ed impiegano circa 20 min da victoria station.

The door is difficult to open and key doesn't work. Someone can see inside of the room from key hole.The shower and toilet are share one other person. This room's light went out.

Dirty, falling apart, horrible. Only thing going for it was the staff who did everything they could to help but the place is a dump

Lugar perfeito, muito tranquilo, com funcionarios excelentes, simpaticos prestativos. Quarto amplo, limpo e muito organizado.

Es un sitio excelente. A pesar de ser un Hostal, parece mas un Hotel. El desayuno es muy bueno y variado. Ubicado en un parque y centro deportivo por lo que el ambiente que lo rodea es relajante. A pesar de estar alejado del centro de Londres, esta comunicado con la estacion de Tren a pocas cuadras.

Adorei o café da manhã! Tem muitas opções e tudo muito saboroso. Com certeza esse é o ponto de destaque do hostel. Os recepcionistas são muito simpáticos e atenciosos.

Adorei a estadia!!

I and my dad went for London sightseeing. Everything was lovely for such a low price. Hostel is situated 25min from London center in a quite park. Rooms were humble but clean. Good breakfast to start the day with. Friendly stuff. Looking forward to come back in the future.

Muy buen hostal, recomendable 100%, la ubicación es un poco retirado del centro, pero pagando el pase diario que sale 7 libras no hay ningún problema.

It was a good hostel, but it was way to far from the city center. It would be perfect if they had a shuttle bus or something.

This is a good place and Hostel. The people work here is very Happy and amasing. I love my Jorney in London. And the breakfast is inclued on bill.I recomend this place and I will came back.

This is a realy nice hostel! Wonderful staff, a great breakfast, excelent location (in a park). A bit far from the town but you have a lot of buses and trains day and night to take you to the heart of London. This hostel is in my top 5 list! Thank you for the excellent stay!

We were there for New Years Eve and needed a place to stay that wasn't far from the centre of London and cheap.

There's a train station next to the hotel and within a half an hour you're in the centre of Londen. The staff was so sweat and very helpfull. If you're going to London and all you want to do is see the city and shop I highly recommend this hotel!! I will definitly go back here next time I'm in London.

Very clean, very good value for money. Really good breakfast, if you really want to, you can survive one whole day with only that. I found it kind of cold inside the rooms from time to time, the nearest station is 10 mins away, and the hotel is in a park (which makes it pretty quiet). Free wireless internet in the lobby and some rooms, even though it's very slow. But it's very good value for money.

Considering the price, this hostel must be the best in whole London. I paid only 30 Pounds per night - for this amount I had a comfortable and clean room for myself. The next train station is about 5 minutes away - so you'll get easy to the center of london. I enjoyed it there. Thx 4 the weekend!
