There should have better control of check in and the cleaning of the rooms, the toilet smells really bad

Хостел просто отвратительный, никому не рекомендую туда ехать! Ремонт и мебель хорошая, но при этом там абсолютно не убирают, очень грязно, пыльно, в коридорах воняет, в комнате где мы жили матрацы все в пятнах, на пуфиках потёки, кровати пыльные, окна грязные, спасибо хоть постель чистую дали. Отношение на рецепшен отвратительное. Мы иностранцы и не в идеале знаем англ язык, когда я показала смс на почте где чётко было указано на русском и английском языке, что хостел мы бронировали заранее и была внесена предоплата, нас не хотели и не пытались даже понять! По итогу с горем пополам заселили, мы сами для себя кое как убрались, что бы не было хотя бы пыли, место под авто не дали. Единственный плюс что находиться недалеко от центра и на этом пожалуй всё! А и ещё заплатили мы цену гораздо выше чем указано на сайте! Оценка просто «0»

Huge hostel - close to the Ostbahnhof (east railway station), also very close to metro station (U8), pretty clean. But if you look a cozy place - this isnt the best choice, coz the common room is just a huge room with bar and reception where there can be hundrets of people at one time. It's good to have just a place to sleep, though. The stupid thing is that you need to bring your own bed linnen or to pay for it extra 3,5 euro, which isnt included in the price and there is no info about it. It's pretty unusual about that in other hostels, right?

Our room was very spacious, the staff was really friendly and helpful,(even when we had problems with the engine of our car!). The kid's corner in the canteen is a very good idea.

It's a good value for money place worth to be recommended

Per essere un B&B l'ho trovato ben stritturato, pulito e ben gestito, se si pensa che ci sono tutti ragazzi. Le camere doppie sono piccole ma contengono tutto il necessario per un soggiorno comodo. Anche i luoghi comuni sono comodi e ampi. Non ho usufruito della colazione ma ho visto che con soli € 6,00 si mangia abbondantemente. Lo consiglio vivamente per il costo veramente competitivo

Il bar/pub dell'ostello non è affatto male! Buona la birra

Mi sono trovato molto bene in questo ostello, alti livelli di sicurezza, camere piccole ma con tutto, comodo con i mezzi, ci tornerò forse.

Reasonable hostel. The rooms are quite big and has an en-suite. They are very clean upon arrival. It's not in the best location, away from the city center and about 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest metro. It is massive and therefore very good for large school groups, so it has more of a college atmosphere. Otherwise it's a good hostel.

Le tende non oscurano a sufficienza la luce del mattino !! sveglia all'alba!! :(

nice place, specially for couples. The woman that clean the room is a little bit bounder, but it's ok.

En general todo ha ido genial. Nosotros nos albergamos en el hotel y no en el hostel. Las habitaciones nuevas, limpias y comodas.

En cuanto a la ubicación, si lo que quereis es estar cerca de las discotecas dareis en el clavo, para visitar la zona turistica, no esta demasiado lejos pero a pie es una paliza, por lo que tal vez seria mejor otra ubicación.

Très bon positionnement de l'hotel qui dispose de beaucoup d'endroit où sortir le soir, sans pour autant traverser tout Berlin.

staff seemed kind of irritated when asked to help with problems such as wifi and some staffe could'nt be considered friendly.

location pretty much alright, 5min walk to subway and eating locations.

Las habitaciones de 6 están bien porque tienen el baño separado, pero las de 8 están un poco comprimidas y el baño no está separado. En general bien!

Muy limpio, economico, desafortunadamente recibi unos recados en recepcion, que nunca me hicieron llegar, lo cual da una mala impresion del personal de recepcion

good place to stay in berlin. near the metro station and berlin wall. i recommend it

Sprays of frozen air by the window of the room (there were -14°C). So we slept in cold during the night.

we had a 6bed-room and every day a woman came to clean it,which was pretty good.in the hostel there's a bar and a relly cheap phone sistem.we don't know if the breakfast was included in the price,though..anyway i thought it was really good!

私は別の駅のA&Oホステルのシングルルームを予約していましたが、一緒にキャンプをした仲間でツォー駅のホステルに泊まることになり、当日にキャンセルしました。お金のことは一緒にいたドイツ人の男性がやりとりしてくれました。全額が返ってこない事については、当日にキャンセルした私が悪いので、納得しています。観光するにはとても便利な場所にあったのでとても良かったです。

Thanks for your help and service in my stay. The staff is so nice and kind and the rooms were Ok. I would like to have in the Tv Spanish and English channels because all of them are in German. Congratulations¡¡

Posto comodo e centralissimo. la U-Bahn è vicina e attorno si possono scoprire tanti locali che dalla strada principale non si vedono. un po' di fatica solo per portare la valigia dalla/alla stazione Ostbahnof.

Convenient location for travellers near Ost bahnhof. Well maintained Hostel rooms seemed newly painted & furnished. Very poor breakfast not worth 6 Euros. Can hardly sleep on the very bad pillows provided. Unsatisfactory single lift insufficient for more than a 100 rooms available. But ultimately worth Value for money.

Es ist ungünstig die "teureren" Doppelzimmer direkt im Flur zwischen Eingang, Waschräumen und Rezeption zu platzieren, da dort ein sehr hoher Lautstärkepegel ist, da Leute, die schon das vierfache des Preises eines Mehrbettzimmers ausgeben, dann doch eher ihre Ruhe haben wollen. Ansonsten war alles top!

Helpful staff, clean enough room. I had a single with a bathroom. It was fine. Location isn't the best for doing things in Berlin Mitte but the hostel is on an easy bus line, almost to the door. I'm a middle-aged woman and I felt fine getting off the bus in the dark in early-mid evening. I don't know what it;s like at midnight, though.I walked to Potsdamer platz once--about 2 or so easy miles.

The building itself is a concrete hulk with that eastern bloc ambience, which means it has less than zero charm. Also, although smoking is not allowed inside, the hallways smell a lot like cigarette smoke.

The neighborhood is technically a bad one, but it's interesting. If you walk down the smaller street on the side of the hostel you'll find a little convenience-like store on the left and kitty-corner from that a small place that sells little sandwiches, coffee,fruit, and has a few places to sit Farther down that sreet, about a half mile, is a larger street with all sorts of cheap restaurants, mostly Chinese and Turkish.

Až na vrzající kovové palandy bychom řekli, že cena odpovídá kvalitě. Umístění a personál super.

The service which was provided at the information desk was very pleasing and helpful. The staffs were very cooperative.

Top locatie!!! Tegenover de grote Discotheek Tresor en 2 haltes van het centrum. Wij hadden eigen kamer met schone douche en wc. Je kunt er dag en nacht friet en curryworst uit de muur trekken. Super als je na het stappen nog honger hebt.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato buono, vista la mia età (51 anni) migliorerei la comodità dei letti.

Our booking got lost and the staff was not very helpfull in helping us book a new room.

Negativo al massimo perc hè al mio arrivo presso la struttura mi è stato detto che non c'era nessuna prenotazione a mio nome però l'anticipo del 10% è stato decurtato dalla mia carta. per fortuna hanno trovato una camera nella stessa struttura ma non mi è stato restituito l'anticipo versato.

GIUDIZIO ESTREMAMENTE NEGATIVO!!!!
