Hostel StayComfort Kreuzberg

Actually I gave you already my opinion…. but I want to add something: I sent an E-Mail on Saturday, today is Wednesday, and haven´t got any Reply so far… I forgot something when I left and hope to get it back.

For the amount payed (~15 euro/night) the accommodations were quite poor.

Unclean showers and bathrooms, with little/no privacy.

Cheap dormitory, so you get what you pay for.

the staff is super friendly, otherwise it´s not really clean, the hairdryer don´t work properly, the showers are mixed, which makes me feel uncomfortable and guys go into the Women's restroom, althrough they got two restrooms, which women got one. There is no save place to Change.

Showers are full of mushrooms. People are really noisy, even after 22o'clock. Front desk is supposed to be open all day long but barely anyone is there.

Das Hostel hatte zu unsere Veranstaltungslocation eine gute Lage.

Die Sauberkeit der Sanitärenanlagen ist mäßig. Die Personen, die sich dort größtenteils aufhalten, wirken wenig vertrauenswürdig. Die Lautstäke in den Räumen ist zu den Ruhezeiten laut.

Solo hay un baño y una ducha para todos. No funciona el horno. Cocina sucia. La cama es cómoda. Se escuchan todas las conversaciones a traves De las paredes. Te dejan guardar la mochila pero está en una pequeña habitación donde entra todo el mundo sin revisar nada ....

Para estadía corta es bien

Wir wussten dass es nicht das Hostel ist, aber das war eine Katastrophe!! Dreckig, Stinkend, Junkies im Zimmer, Unwohlsein, STINKED!

Eigentluch wollte ich keine Bewertung abgeben, aber wenn keiner was sagt, äntert sich nichts. Due Buchung war nicht etsprechend Verabredung. Es sollten 2 Räume mit je 3 Betten reserviert werden. Wurde nicht gemacht. An der Rezeption hat der Mitarbeiter den Betrag nicht rechtens abgebucht und war sehr unfreundlich. Dieses Hostel ist keine Empfehlung wert.

Excellent cost-value option. Super affordable with the exact amount of benefit for your money. Clean and comfortable bed for your stay.

Really nice and thoughtful staff. However, some issues with the water that wasn't working one morning and cleanliness that could be ameliorated, in particular in the common areas (toilets, showers, corridors..).

Flys and ants in the kitchen. The bathroom was completly flooded. The personal were awful. We had to sleep two people in an individual bed because they confirmed more books that they could. They insulted us in German when we were leaving. Think about if its a good place for u.

Ho trovato l'ostello come era descritto sul sito dell'ostello. I vari commenti pubblicati dai vari viaggiatori combaciano con la realtà. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, è ottima. Pulizia quasi inesistente, tutto era sporco anche se ogni giorno vedo le donne di pulizia. I bagni puzzavano anche le docce tutte da rifare. La stanza era invivibile, troppa gente c'era un via vai da impazzire. Nella stanza che fungeva da sala da pranzo c'era sempre disordine, mosche dappertutto. Insomma, non ho mai visto un ostello così sporco. Un punto molto positivo oltre alla posizione è lo staff, tutti molto cordiali, servizievoli, sempre sorridenti ed attenti ai bisogni dei viaggiatori. Un grande saluto a loro...Bravi!

In dem Hostel hat insgesamt nur eine der vier Männerduschen funktioniert die anderen haben entweder nur kaltes oder heißes Wasser gegeben bzw eine hat gar nicht funktioniert

Hostel war meiner Meinung nach zu teuer für die Leistung.

Infelizmente una noche, la del 8 de Julio entraron a robar, a varias personas les robaron celulares, a mí me robaron 70 euros y un celular. A este hostal no volveré. Sin seguridad ninguna, puertas abiertas, sin llaves, y lo peor, el trato déspota de uno de los funcionarios. Lo peor de mi viaje por Europa.

I found Hostelxberger very nice for affordable price. Staffs are friendly. There is only one old computer if we have to get to internet in the case our mobile is has no charge. I would suggest to organise atleast 2 computers for convinience of us. Thank you.

Quite grimy bathrooms, but cheap place to sleep

Really nice staff they are friendly and help you a lot. The hostel is well placed and a good price. Perfect to pass the weekend or some days at the city. Good people ambient too. I had a great time. Only WC could be better.

Wenn man eine Nacht in diesem Hostel verbringen moechte, ist es empfehlenswert. Es haengt natuerlich davon ab, was man erwartet. Am schlimmsten war es in den Toiletten, in denen es dreckig war und es keine Seife gab. Schrecklich, wenn man eigene Seife vergessen hat. Es gefiel mir auch nicht, dass ich eine Extra-Gebuehr fuer das Betttuch zahlen musste. Wenn man wertvolle Sachen hat, muss man ein eigenes Vorhaengeschloss haben oder ein an der Rezeption kaufen, um aus speziellen Faechern ausnutzen zu koennen. Im Allgemeinen war es aber nicht so schlimm. ;)

Propre, personnel accueillant et sympathique. À l'écoute. Ambiance chaleureuse. Bien situé dans Berlin, proche du métro.

Great Staff, great people!

Cool hostel. I would recommend. But not for non-smokers. The hostel is a non-smoking property but still lacking fresh air in the common area, because everybody smokes at the entrance which was the downside for me.

genau mein Ding , aber leider muste ich mich zurückhalten weil mein minderjähriger Sohn dabei war, nächste mal komme ich mit meinen Kollegen

The owner is not a friendly man. Cleaning is not very good.

Place is pretty damn good. The internet has Steam and Podcasts blocked, which is a downer. Also it's a right pain in the arse to connect to (took me over 2 days, others reported it taking 4 days).

Other than the internet access, I'd give it a high mark. As it is, I'd give it a medium mark.

The place smells bad overally, the bathroom is gross. The rooms are small. The staff is very mean and not willing to help. The location is not the best but near the center. U have to pay extra for bed sheets and cant use sleepimg bag. Would definitely not reccomend to a friend

Bardzo brudno. Pokoju nie da się zamknąć na klucz, a żeby użyć szafki należy kupić kłódkę za 3 euro u recepcji. Dodatkowo trzeba płacić 2 euro za pościel. Nie polecam

Preis-Leistung voll OK. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wer nicht allzu verwöhnt ist,ist hier genau richtig. Coole Location in der Nähe.

goof hostel , good rooms. only small bathroom.

Was quite dissatisfied with my stay. My friend and I stayed at HostelXBerger in September 2014 - the showers were unbearable to the point where I personally waited till I got home to properly cleanse myself off, and although I had previous experience of a homely commredarie at dorms and lounges of other hostels around the world this hostel offered no such things. All in all I was quite disappointed with my five night stay at the hostel.

La ubicación es perfecta. Barrio alternativo e intercultural en el que el arte esta presente todo el tiempo. Está cerca de los medios públicos de trasporte.

All was ok. Nice, normal hostel located in a lively and i nteresting neibourhood close to U1 metro station. Nice, friendly staff.

ich hab mich wahnsinnig wohl gefühlt bei euch und kann das hostel nur jedem empfehlen! das personal ist super lieb und hilfsbereit und ich hab ständig neue leute kennengelernt (und freunde gefunden) mit denen ich dann unterwegs war.. im xberger ist immer was los ;P ich bin froh, über google auf das hostel gestoßen zu sein (weil es so günstig ist und eine gemeinschaftsküche hat), dadurch hatte ich eine mega zeit in berlin!!! don´t hesitate it´s worth it... ;)

Situated in a nice area, with lots of pubs, kiosks selling kebabs and burgers (check Burgermeister!), next to the metro station. The only bad thing is that it might be noisy (we stayed in the 4bed room) if you leave the windows open (street noises, etc.).

It's an okay hostel, overall. We only had troubles with the showers (not so good) and the wi-fi (only worked 1 out of3 nights, while we were there). If you're on a low budget, that's a good option.

Very nice hostel! so close to arena berlin! The staff really friendly and explaining everything. I hope to visit Berlin once again and probably staying in xberger :)
