Hotel Toscana Firenze **

Excellent location, front desk open from 9-9 which is highly convenient. Excellent value for the price. The only negative thing is that the room was on the 3rd floor, which is not ideal for someone who struggles climbing up the stairs.

This was the worst hotel/hostel I have ever stayed at.

The staff here at the hotel is awesome and Chandan in specific is the best! He is extremely polite, welcoming, and professional. Any hotel is lucky to have him as a first impression for clients. The staff here goes above and beyond to make you comfortable.-Highly recommended, great location and very clean.

Lovely hotel per le persone che vengono a vedere la città. prezzi abbastanza ragionevoli. Pulito, buon personale e ottima posizione rispetto a tutti i capolavori.

立地には問題ありませんし、とってもいいです。インド人たちが経営しているみたいです。ついたらホステルを予約していたのにホテルを進めそこにすることになりました。もちろん追加料金は取られました。それなのに、一泊目の次の朝ホテル全ての水がでなくなりトイレにも行けませんでした。暖房はつきませんでした。ドライヤーもないと言われ、違うホステルにいったりして、大変でした。水が臭いです。ここのホテルは水がとまることがよくあるみたいで工事の人が来ました。立地重視の人にもいいかもしれません。

Apparently to live in this hotel is cheaper than renting an appartment, so there were some youths living and partying for a couple of months. I had a terrible experience with them as they didn't let me sleep for two nights.

However, the hostel is great, except for the kitchen (no cooker and fridge is broken). Very cheap, very clean, very well located.

Totally recommended. I hope you have better luck than I did.

It is good hotel very convenient situated in the center of the city not far from railway station. But we had a terrible problems with a toilet that made terrible sounds through the night.((

The staff is not very friendly. The water for showering in the first day was cold only. There was one shower in inside the dorm room, however not with a separate room, just the shower cabin. All in all I think the price is too high for what you get, even wifi costs extra.

We were taken to another buliding across the street. Unfortunately we've had a "lucky" of quite noisy roomemates. Everything from common space was rally hearable. In one of the restroom the light doesn't work. There was a problem of entry door opening to the coomon space too (when you've arrived from the streets).

Ottima posizione, qualità alberghiera leggermente scarsa ma per il prezzo in quella posizione veramente ottimo. Lo consiglio di cuore

Es un hotel muy céntrico está a 5 minutos de la estación de trenes, el personal es muy grato y eficiente, lo único es que el desayuno no está incluido.

Pero en todo lo demás un 100.

La ubicacion es genial! El precio bastante bueno! No hay check in despues de las 6 pm. Es raro q a la noche no hay nadie para pedirle nada pero igual esta bien!!

Position/ location (close to Train station, u can reach most sights by foot)

shower ok (hot & enough water ;) )

cons:

no kitchen (or fridge, but there is a room u can sit & eat)

bathroom hasn't a real door (even can't lock it!)

staff - were unfriendly, we didn't feel welcome at all

internet (wifi): u pay 3,5€, but it doesn't really work

credit card: paying with creditcard wasn't possible (machine broken)

air condition: didn't work as well

in the dorm: beds are pushed together so close u don't know where to put the luggage

no lockers

conclusion: we would not stay there again!!

O hostel e muito bem localizado, mas tenho duas observaçoes: o ar condicionada nao estava funcionando, e o banheiro poderia estar em melhores condiçoes de uso.

i had choose 5 human room but it is 6 ! very noisy ! they haven't got enough electric outlet in a room ! 3th floor can't use wifi ! air conditioner doesn't work ! and bathroom doors had die !!!!!!!!!

wir hatten im hotel toscana firenze gebucht, wurden aber in das gegenüberliegende "hotel" umquartiert, in das locanda rocca. etwas heruntergekommen, aber durch die kontakte, die man in der mini-küchenzeile (mikrowelle, wasserkocher und waschbecken) und dem kleinen "gemeinschaftsraum" mit anderen gästen geknüpft hat, haben wir uns doch recht wohl gefühlt. fazit: alles etwas merkwürdig, aber für studenten-standard ok.

Avevamo prenotato una camera doppia, e ci è stata assegnata una camera "matrimoniale" ovvero con un letto di una piazza e mezza. Per noi non è stato un problema, ma è stata comunque una "imprecisione". La camera molto piccola, e molto buia. Le lampadine erano quasi tutte fulminate, sopratutto in bagno. Ciò nonostante, abbiamo constatato che la camera era molto pulita. Tutto sommato considerato il prezzo, io direi che ci si può adattare tranquillamente. La posizione credo sia la migliore in assoluto, vicinissimo palazzo strozzi. Consigliato per coloro che non hanno grosse pretese.
