部屋は非常にきれいで、スタッフも非常にやさしい人ばかりである。値段もリーズナブルである。

Ich bin mir vorgekommen wie in einem Hotel, nicht wie in einem Hostel. Das Bett wurde gemacht man hatte ein Bad im Zimmer. Ich war vollstens zufrieden!!!

Really good value! Nice and clean. Reception is Open from 9 to 20 hrs. So check your arrival time. I'll go again.

Es un espacio bueno para dormir, es de lo mas barato que se puede encontrar en Firenze.

Para mi es un buen Lugar! a solo 5 minutos a pie de la estacion SMN..

El hostal para nuestra espectativa fue muy bueno, el problema es no poder utilizar el acensor cuando se lleva maletas para llegar al hostal.

No a/c or fan, so window HAD to be open- on a very, very loud street. Room was basic and nice. Great location, just hard to sleep - either too hot or too loud. Bring earplugs! Also, two beds= two places to sleep; we separated the bed ourselves.

Por ser un hostel simple tiene un buen servicio, comodidades y aún más, muy limpio. Muy buena ubicación, fácil de llegar a pie desde la estación.

Han tenido el detalle de ubicarnos en una misma habitación, siendo que la reserva era en dos hotels difentes que compratían recepción.

Si es importante, que los viajeros tenga ne cuenta el horario de recepción, ya que es restringido.

Very clean, quite and unexpensive. Not too far from station either. would recommend it.

Great as we got moved to a seperate apartment down the road for no extra charge. The staff were friendly and very willing to help out. Only issue was that the language was slight barrier. The hostel is in a great location & Firenze is beautiful!!!

The place was nice, although some room lights were not working. Staff was friendly and I felt safe and taken cared of. Although, the breakfast was not provided. I was able to leave my things in the room on check out date so that I can go all over town before I left, it was safe. Everything was walking distance to the hostel. I recommend it. Fun factor is hard to judge since I only stayed one night, I had a blast in Florence, it was awesome!

Good for those one love to have hot food with low budget as the hostel has kitchen, cooker, frigde. quite comfortable.

Stanze piccole ma c'è tutto l'indispensabile, ottima posizione.

Clean place. One must be prepared to get a room opposite the street, but the staff is very helpful. Easy to reach the "tourist ghetto" from there, just 10 minutes. Calm place.

Ottima ospitalità e professionalità da parte dello staff. Se la pulizia della struttura nel suo complesso fosse stata un po' più curata potrei dire soggiorno eccellente ! In ogni caso per esserci stato una sola notte mi ritengo comunque soddisfatto! Ottimo

El albergue esta bien situado,el recepcionista es agradable, habla bien ingles,pero la habitacion era pesima, no tenia luz, no ventilaba bien, no entraba aire y hacia demasido calor, no se podia abrir la ventana,porque daba a la caldera y salia un ruido espantoso cada 5 minutos, en fin una pena.

J'ai été surprise par l'excellent rapport Qualité prix.A 5 minutes du Dôme, à 2 min de la splendide église de San Marco, 5 min de la gare S.Maria Novella.Bref une situation géographique excellente!La chambre que nous avions était grande,propre,idéale pour supporter la chaleur florentine (hauts plafonds, sol en carrelage, persiennes); elle donnait sur une très jolie cour. Pas de petit-déj,bien que classé dans "bed&brekfast". Petit bémol : ne pas laisser traîner des affaires de valeur : je n'ai jamais retrouvé mon mascara !

Muito bom o apartamento... nao imaginei que conseguiriamos um preço tao barato com tanta qualidade e higiene.O local fica bem perto da estaçao ferroviaria ,o que facilita bastante para quem tem bastante bagagem.

Good location. The room was smaller than I thought though, but everything was okay considering the price I paid. No lift, but it is on the first floor so that's not too bad.

Está muy bien la calidad del hostal comparandola con el precio. Además tiene una excelente situación, muy cerca del centro y de la estación.

This hotel is simply and beautiful.the cleanliness is excellent.There isn't fun factor in the hotel, but the staff is nice. It's perfect for the tourists because is near the city center.I want to invite everybody to go in.

Se encuentra cerca de la estación de Santa Maria Novella. Se puede ir andando.

Limpieza y ubicación correcta, a un paseo de los sitios más turísticos (Duomo, Plza San Marcos...) aunque algo viejito.

Aparece como bed&breakfast, aunque es categoría hostel pero con habitación privada.Pagamos 48E/hab, por 2 camas y WC compartido.Tiene toallas y las cambian cada 3 días.Breakfast no incluido!!Deberían cambiar el nombre. En la misma calle del "hostel" haciendo esquina hay un bar que está bien para desayunar. Se llama café Deluxe o algo así, cuesta 3€ un capucchino y un croissant.

we changed our reservation with the hotel for 63 euros per night, double room and with breakfast included. it is located in a wonderful position, very near to the central station. the staff are kind and speak good english. though we feel the price is a little high, yet we did enjoy our stays there. recommend too!

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and spoke english, which makes things a lot easier in italy. Its a hotel so fun wouldn´t describe it. The position though was a tad far away from the main locales in florence, but it was manageable cos florence wasn´t very big. would definitely recommend it to friends
