Hotel Bernina ***

Ho soggiornato solo una notte in questo hotel, la reception è aperta 24h e lo staff è professionale. A due passi dalla stazione. È comodo.

Last night in Milan was really a nice stay. Clean and cosy near the central station.

Рядом с ж/д вокзалом, метро, коллектив внимательный, работает четко. Комнаты удобные.

Все отлично: номера милые и чистые, персонал вежлив и старается помочь, единственное в номере было прохладно ( одеяла теплые имеются в номере- но с душа приходилось просто прямиком нестись в теплую постель)

hotel bernina is pefect for staying in Milan for a few days, it's really close to main station and metro, place is quiet, clean, with helpful service,

I was there during august so outside it was hot as hell but air conditioned in room was too strong for me, and another minus is that you have to pay for access of wifi.

Sono stato ospite dell'hotel BERNINA e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto per l'ambiente, la pulizia, la comodità do essere con pochi passi in centro a Milano, ma soprattutto pe rla cortesia e l'accoglienza del personale, che mi hanno fatto sentire a casa mia, sempre disponibile ed attento alle mie esigenze.

Quando torno a Milano so che trovo un ambiente accogliente e familiare.

Except the fact it was too cold in the room everything is ok. The staff is communicative and cute, the hostel is clear and really five minutes from the central station.

Потрясающая гостиница. Персонал супер. Местоположение отличное. В Милане останавливаться буду только в "Бернине". Чисто и уютно.

中央駅からすぐで迷わず行けました。プライベートルームに泊まりました。安いのにシャワー・トイレもキレイで冷蔵庫もあったりで良かったです＾＾　ネットがタダでできたらもっと良かったです。

The Bernina is located right next to the main station, perfect for a short stopover in Milan. Rooms are ok given the price level. The area is definitely not appealing, but public transport is available 100m from the hotel.

近くにはカフェがいくつもあり、マックも２か所ある。ドゥオモへも地下鉄で簡単に行けるし、マルペンサバスを考えると利便性はよい。ただ部屋は非常に狭く、音漏れがひど過ぎた。シャワー、トイレの音は周囲に丸聞こえ。短気な人が隣室だと苦労するかも。

正直自分は二度と宿泊しないだろう。寝るだけという人にはいいかもしれない。

El hotel es muy limpio y la atencion es exelente. A 1 cuadra de la estacion de trenes, eso es barbaro, y caminando en 15 minutos se llega al duomo. Muy bueno todo, volveria a ir. Hablan español en la recepcion.

Hôtel parfait, pour petits et longs séjours, confortable et avec un personnel très serviable et aimable. J'en garderai un très bon souvenir!

Great hotel

The hotel in a word that could describe the whole bunch of features is: OK, it has all the services as shower, wc, hot water, hair dryer, mini bar, etc, but the rooms are extremely tiny, the breakfast included is barely satisfying and the whole mood of the hotel is bored, the best improvement to do i think it could be the price: cheapper!!!

Location was very good. The hotel located very near from the station, and there are some nice restaurants around the hotel. However the hotel was not so good. When I tried to call from my room, the phone was dead. Hair-drier and the water tap of the sink were broken. Ultimately I could use the phone. But I was really surprised that the telephone fee costed six euro eventhough I called my friend's mobile phone in Italy two times for few minetes only. Elevator was a bit scary.

Quartos aceitaveis. Tudo médio. Localização excelente. Maior problema: alguns funcionários fracos, despreparados, não falaminglês ou falam mal e grosseiros.parecem estar fazendo um favor ao atender o cliente.

Hotel correcto de tres estrellas.Muy bien conectado en la estación Central de tren, con Metro, autobús y tranvía.Restaurantes cerca. Lo mejor el capuccino del desayuno. Lo peor el ascensor estrecho. OK:Very well connected hotel.Breakfast's Capuccino.BAD: Small lift.

Camera piccola,colazione povera e in più mi hanno fatto cambiare di posto per far sedere altra gente. La persona che lavora al pomeriggio è maleducato e arrogante (un bicchiere di acqua 1€ me lo ha fatto pagare e ad un'altro con una bottiglia 2€)!

absolutely fantastic place to stay, was amazed at the quality of the room and the breakfast in the morning. Room was very handy for the Milan Metro (Green Line) and the Stazione Centrale. Would recommend it to anyone for a nice stay in Milan.

Very good breakfast. Located near tube station and railway station.

Good value for your money.

Close to metro, central train station, and big shopping area. Had to take metro to everything else, it's easy to figure out. Hostelsclub did not send my reservation to the hotel, but the staff corrected the problem because I had a confirmation sheet. Staff was great. Hotel small, but pretty clean.
