Clean and nice small hotel. But no kitchen, no breakfast. A bit out of town, you can get the train (some 5mins walk) that connects to the metro network (recomanded for getting to the long distance train stations, or catch the tram or bus, which take a bit longer to get to old town. Especially trams are extremely slow.

Por desgracia para llegadas después de las 22:30 hay un supplimento de 15 euros (ya que la recepción no es 24/24).

è un hotel 'alle prime armi' poichè alcune parti sono in via di costruzione e le stanze hanno l'essenziale e mancano di dettegli. però è carino sia dentro che fuori, ed è abbastanza pulito.

When we arrived there, the building was suspended to repairing. So the nice man on reception desk was very polite and helpful. He apologized due to this problem and called to another hotel** (hotel Arco) and also talked about expenses and breakfast. He paid the expenses difference himself by cash because the new one had other price. At the new accommodation we enjoyed the staying in an old building and good room but the bathroom was so small. There are no any fun factors at hotel Arco.

It is one of the best place to sleep in Milan. Staff are very nice! I will recommend to everyone. Thank you for everything, we had really good time there.

Bom lugar ótimo quarto porém a reserva Nao foi confirmada por falha do hotel o que causou um contratempo ... A localização Nao Eh das melhores mas Eh bem próximo de um metro oque facilita muito.

this hotel was awesome
beautiful, clean, nice
the staff was friendly and VERY helpful and informative
its easy to get there and once you are there its an easy bus ride to the center of the city
i would most definatly stay there again
ps the free wine was a nice addition!

Although notified about the arrival time, we had to wait till 1pm to check in. The young teenager at the reception didn't speak a word of English. However, later once a guy came things fell into its place. Hostel was amazing clean n lastly, we even got a bottle of wine :)

eariler check-in , before 1 pm, is depend of availibility of rooms ,because check out is 11:00 and we need time to clean and prepare your room.
( if room were ready , you could have it also at 10 am without any extra fee )

Close to the supermarket and linked to milan centre, with the 71 bus! Close to milan centre station! LOOK OUT FOR THE KEBAB SHOP UP THE ROAD... the bloke there is a legend! Hotel man is helpful and easy going atmosphere! Fully recommended!

Reserve una habitacion con tres camas y al llegar me ofrecian una con dos camas de matrimonio. Al no poder satisfacer mi peticion el propio recepcionista se encargo de preparar el traslado a un hotel de tres estrellas muy cerca de alli. Esta un poco alejado del centro pero un bus te deja alli en diez minutos y la atencion personal es muy buena

Ładnie i przyjemnie, niestety troszke daleko od centrum i w samej okolicy nic szczególnego nie ma... Brak klimy w pokoju też przeszkadzał... Ale mimo to właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny, podróż tramwajem do centrum też ok, więc przyzwoicie.

The hotel is very clean, and the staff is very kind.
It's a little far from downtown but if you take a bus you can reach it in 10 or 15 mn.
The room was big and the bath was clean. In general is very confortable staying there, I definitively come back =)

Sehr nettes Hotel, klein und charmant.Sobald der Frühstücksraum genutzt werden kann, ist es noch besser. Prima Betten, teilweise 3 Meter hohe Räume, alles sehr individuell. Der Portier ist sehr hilfsbereit, wenn auch die Rezeption nicht immer besetzt ist. Bringt etwas Geduld mit, dann geht`s.Hotel liegt in einer Privatstraße.Guter Stadtplan ist wichtig. Nehmt am besten die Tram (Straßenbahn).(Gleich Tagesticket für 3.- /Tag/Pers)Dann sind's nur ca 15 Min zum Dom und Zentrum. Preis-Leistung sind prima.Man sollte einfach keinen Luxus erwarten.Ich würde wieder buchen.

It is a very noisy hotel.You can hear people talking in other rooms next to you and opposite. The breakfast is not good. They couldn't serve milk, hot the or juice. Only 1 coffee and 1 yoghurt and a smal roll which wasn't tasty. The staff was nice and helpfull. If you go there with 3 people, ask for single beds, otherwise you get al 2-person room with two small double beds.

Freundliches Personal, alles neu und sehr sauber. Ruhige Privatstraße ohne Verkehr. Parken in der Nähe problemlos möglich.
"Spaßfaktor" nicht bewertet -- war zur Übernachtung da.
